Harry never thought he would end up interfering in his husband's plans. Although Voldemort always did everything not to put him in danger, finding himself 'alone' with the Delacour ladies had accelerated his pulse and made him fear for his little ones. However, in the state that Fleur found herself in, there was little chance that the mother would allow herself to do anything crazy, right? Losing your first grandchild because of your own actions. No, really, Harry hadn't thought she would dare. However, when she took out her wand and turned it towards him, Harry was more disappointed than surprised. Dobby, his beloved guardian angel house elf, had intervened before either side could say a word. Then Harry used the Portkey given by Thomas for the basement of his manor.

With the mother immobilized by the good care of her elf, Harry had not feared that anything would happen in this room. Of course, she made him uncomfortable, he had almost lost his husband there and even if he didn't see Dumbledore's soulless body, knowing that he was there gave him goosebumps.

-Harry, I'm sorry...

-Everything is fine, Fleur, really. As you saw, we were prepared for this eventuality.

Gagged, the mother struggled on the ground, under the saddened gaze of the half-Veela. She didn't attempt to get out of the bed Harry had helped her into when they got there. No, she was content to caress his round belly while waiting with him for Thomas to come to them. Harry finally settled into his chair in front of the stairs, as a precaution, and Dobby served him some homemade lemonade. Fleur also took advantage by muttering that they were a little too strict at the hospital, which made Harry laugh.

-So, what's it like carrying twins?

-If you knew. When I finally stopped having morning sickness, I thanked the Goddesses with flower leis. I think I heard them laughing...

Fleur laughed in turn.

-We often forget that they have a sense of humor. I'm happy that everything is going well despite the situation.
