Voldemort looked around the reception room with a hasty eye. As usual, Narcissa had done an excellent job and he didn't have to doubt her for a single second about it. However, before the upcoming meeting, he had to talk with a person whom he did not meet so often and whom it was better for him to prepare for the upcoming events. Leaving the huge room, he headed towards his omega's office, having borrowed his establishment for the summit meeting that was going to be held there. If Harry had grumbled a little at his desire to take the Mythological for such a moment, he had quickly agreed. Voldemort had had to put up with his husband going to see his teams of magical creatures to get them up to speed.

It had been a funny moment for him too. Voldemort had never ignored magical creatures and their needs. He had even imposed creature quotas in companies, Hogwarts itself had not been spared by this policy. But his omega had actually chosen entire teams of creatures. And when he asked him about it, Harry simply replied that creatures were often more faithful and more reliable over time while wizards were often devoured by ambition or ideas of injustice which made them commit blunders. . In hindsight, Voldemort had understood the idea well, having himself had to deal with strikes in the Ministry from employees who would not normally have found fault with their conditions.

Thus, surrounded by harpies, vampires, werewolves, nymphs and dryads for the vast majority, they had seen them seriously listening to Harry who had explained to them that war was possibly at their doors and that he counted on them to help her protect her husband. Husband who didn't like being thought he needed protection. If Voldemort had not corrected his husband's words, it was simply so as not to increase his latent anxiety. Not to really caress him in the direction of the hair. Later, he had his own meeting with the employees to make them understand that their top priority remained and would remain protecting their boss. Because yes, Harry had to be there.

Moreover, if it only took Narcissa two weeks to prepare everything, it was also thanks to the efficiency of the teams who were really used to working in tandem. What a change it would make for him from the Ministry... He might have to take management classes with his husband. Incredible but true.
