Mia and Mark had barely talked since they had broken up. He had seen Grace. But he hadn't stayed long enough to talk to Mia. She was missing him. She missed him being around.

Esmè had told her that Mark was just being silly. And that he would come round soon enough. She just wanted things to be okay for her sister. Knowing that giving Grace the family they never had was all Mia wanted.

The Grey twins knew it was all because of Izzie telling Mark about how Mia wanted to abort the twins. Which wasn't true at all. But Mark didn't believe her.

Mia wanted her family back together. But she didn't know how to go about it. She just needed to speak to Mark. And somehow make it okay again.

Mark and Derek were walking through the woods. Mark looked to Derek and smirked. "The woman loves me."

"Erica Hahn? Or Mia?" Derek asked as he turned to him.

"I'm telling you. We went out last night, had a couple drinks," Mark told him. Knowing he didn't want to think about Mia.

"You and Erica?"

Mark smiled. "Just me and Hahn. And Callie. All right, so it wasn't a date. You're gonna tell me where we're going?" He asked as he looked to him.

Derek shrugged and smirked. "Why does it always have to be about the destination? Why can't it be about the journey?"

"Cause I'm wearing $300 shoes," Mark told him as he looked to him.

Derek frowned and looked to him. "You have a -9 month old daughter. How can you afford $300 dollar shoes? Meredith told me she doesn't want me seeing other people."

"She found out about you and Rose?"

Derek shook his head. "No. There's nothing to find out. It was just a kiss."

Mark shrugged. "Yeah, but you're not the kind of guy who makes out with nurses in scrub rooMs. Not that there's anything wrong with that."

The two of them entered the clearing. "What do you think?" He asked.

Mark shrugged and smirked. "It was more than just a kiss."

"The view."

They were stood a hilltop with an amazing view which seemed to be overlooking the surrounding valley.

"Well, what am I looking at?"

"The view from my new house."

Mia was in the kitchen with Grace. She frowned as she saw Meredith cooking. "What are you doing?" She asked.

"Cooking for Lexie."

Mia raised her eyebrows as Esmè walked in. Wren was asleep in her arms. "Mer is cooking. For Lexie."

Esmè blinked. She shook her head. "I...I have no words," she said.

Derek held Grace on his lap while Mia ate her bacon sandwich. "I'm not saying we have to build it now, but we have to plan it now," he told Meredith.
