Addison walked into the delivery room where Mia Grey was. "Your water break?" She asked as she looked to her.

Mia nodded. "About an hour or two ago," she said. She groaned as a contraction hit her. She saw Mark and Addison looking at her. "What?"

"Why didn't you tell anyone?" Addison asked as she pulled on her gloves.

Mia sighed. "Esmè needed me. And I just had a row with my mom who's now dead. So, I don't know what to do now," she mumbled. She was crying. "I'm so scared."

Mark took her hand. "Baby. These twins are coming today. And I know what's going to happen when they're here. But you've got this," he told her.

Addison saw the way Mark looked at Mia. She smiled knowing that they were meant to be. They were happy. "Okay Mia. I need to see how many centimetres you're dilated."

"Okay."

Addison lifted the gown Mia had on. She did her checks. "You're currently 3 centimetres. I'll give you both some time," she said as she turned and left the room.

Mark looked to Mia. "Listen to me. This is happening today. We can't stop it doll. We just have to handle it," he told her.

"Don't leave me."

"I won't. I promise."

Addison walked over to Derek and Richard. She sighed. "Mia Grey went into labour. The next couple of days are going to be tough for her. So she needs space. She needs time to grieve and to be a mother."

Derek frowned. "Meredith and Esmè know? She's their sister."

"No one knows. Mark is in the room with her."

Derek sighed and nodded "Esmè is going to want to know. She has a mild head injury. But she will be okay. Esmè is that girls best friend. They went through surviving Ellis Grey together. And Esmè promised she would be there," he said.

Addison nodded. "I know that Derek. But Mia isn't Mia at the moment. She's a scared young mom who's about to give birth to twins. In which one of them isn't going to survive more than 24 hours. If that," she told him.

"Mark is with her?"

"Mark is with her. She's not alone. She's only 3 centimetres dilated. So I'll go back soon and check on her," Addison told him.

Esmè looked up as Alex walked in. He walked over to her and kissed her lips. She smiled. "I'm okay. Don't worry," she said as she looked to him.

"Don't try and drown again. Next time I'll have to kick your ass," Alex said as he kissed her again. He sighed. "I was so scared I lost you Esmè. I love you."

Esmè placed a hand on his cheek. She smiled. "I love you too. I'm going nowhere," she said as she kissed him.

The door opened and Addison walked in. She smiled. "Esmè. How are you?" She asked.

Esmè nodded. "Well I think I'm okay. I didn't know you specialised in brain injuries," she commented.

Addison sighed. She looked to her. "Esmè. Did you know you were pregnant?" She asked.

Esmè frowned. She shook her head. "No. I think you're talking to the wrong sister. I'm not pregnant," she said.

"Esmè Grey. 8 weeks pregnant."
