Aurora soon closed his book and he was very pleased that he finally figured out how to communicate with her. Of course, his span was not perfect but he practiced all night and he was confident enough that he would be able to communicate.

His gray eyes spotted her in the dressing sleeping quietly. He has so many questions that he wants to ask her. Was she the last of her kind? How did you survive? Did she have a family? Friends? Hobbies? So many questions came to him and his excitement was very obvious with his tail twitching silently.

It was morning but the sun wasn't coming out and he knew that winter would be soon coming. Since he has another person to take care of he now needs to prepare.

Aurora remembered the deer he saw yesterday and he knew he needed to hunt it down. That would last him all winter.

He got off the bed and went to the bathroom to change his pants and dark tunic. He looked at the mirror and saw how messy his hair was. Aurora was very embarrassed by his appearance. He didn't look proper and was looking like a slob.

He started brushing his hair and wetting it as he pushed back so his eyes were exposed. His grey eyes looked tired but he needed to touch through. Then his ear picked up a loud thundering nose that was coming outside. He quickly got out to see if the little one was ok. He went over to her and she was fine but outside it was raining and thundering.

He did not mind but he was worried to leave her alone. She was so fragile how could he just leave her here?

After giving some thought he decided to hunt the deer since he was an experienced Hunter and he knew it wouldn't take long for him to find his prey.

Aurora put on his boots and cloak. He grabbed his bow and arrow from his closet. He was ready to hunt.

He made sure the human girl was warm by setting up a small fire in the chimney. He knew it would die out but will leave the home warm for her.

He glanced back at her. Her sweet pale face was calm and her lips were slightly parted. He couldn't help but smile at her beauty. He walked up to the dresser and tucked her in the blanket.

"I'll be back little one," he said to her in span language.

He walked out of his home and locked his home to make sure no one could come in...or out of his home. Aurora tried to remind himself that she wasn't a prisoner but a guest who deserved respect. This was for her safety he thought as he started walking in the rain as he put his hood up.

Aurora walked deeper into the woods as he saw the trees were almost gone. Winter was coming he just hoped it wasn't too late.

Anna was woken up by thunder from the outside and she gasped as she sat up and held the blanket close to her chest shaking.

Then she remembered that she was in a Faes home but he wasn't really cruel. He was gentle but she still couldn't trust him at all.

Anna looked around expecting to see him but she saw nothing. She saw a small fire in the fireplace and the bed was made but it seemed like he left... she wasn't sure if it was a trick so she decided to talk.

"...hello?" Anna said softly but no one responded and that was when she knew she was truly alone in his home. But why? Why would he leave her alone?

Then she heard a thunder and she gasped never hearing that noise before. She had heard of weather noises but it frightened her to hear them. It was scary as she covered her body with soft blankets.
