T/W - Slight body horror.
While Connie and Sasha wondered aimlessly through the forest, barely managing to follow the map, Sasha's stomach let out a low-pitched rumble.
"Ugh! I'm starving!" Sasha moaned, her back slouching from the heavy weight of her huge backpack.
"Stop whining..." Connie remarked. "There's no point. It's just going to make this stupid expedition feel even slower..."
"Not my fault!" Sasha retorted. "Our third group member didn't bother showing up! Now I'm left having to carry almost double my weight! These tent poles are digging right into my back too..."
As Connie ignored Sasha and picked up the pace, Sasha suddenly heard some movement around her.
"Sasha! Come on! Why are you standing still!" Connie called out to her, starting to get annoyed with the ponytailed girl.
"C-Connie...I swear I just heard some movement in the bush..."
"Sasha!" Connie groaned. "It's probably your imagination! It's probably what the lack of food does to you..."
"..."
"Let's go. Just a few more hours to the campsite, and we can go fishing..."
Reluctantly, Sasha turned a blind eye to the strange movement and kept on going.

"Shhh!" Marco hushed Jean. "We need to let Morgan focus! If not, we'll go hungry tonight!"
Jean, Morgan, and Marco sat in a small wooden boat, fishing for food. While Shadis had provided them with a few emergency survival rations, it would not be enough to provide the necessary energy to continue to the next day.
After an hour of unsuccessful attempts by Jean and Marco, they handed the fishing rod to Morgan. Despite never having fished before, her calm and collected demeanour proved to be somewhat useful when catching fish.
"Over there!" Jean called out, eagerly pointing to a huge tuna fish swimming by the small boat.
With a swift and smooth movement, Morgan threw the reel into the river near the fish and hoped for the best.
Slow and steady Morgan... Slow and steady... she repeated in her head.
"It's biting the bait!" Marco cheered. "Reel it up!"
"Got it!" Morgan replied, as she spun the line back.
As she began reeling the line in, the fish suddenly started splashing around, spraying the group with water. It was a huge fish, and it started furiously tugging the line. Jean and Marco gave each other a concerned look as they began to realise the size of it.
Their worry quickly turned to shock when they realised the fish was pulling Morgan into the water, not the other way around. Morgan struggled to maintain her grip on the fishing line as she was slowly getting dragged to the edge of the boat.
