"Snow had say in every tributes outfit." Her stylist warned her. The makeup was for the first time not outrageous. It was a clear shimmer with a white eyeliner and nude lips. Her hair had been curled and parted to the side but left alone otherwise. The blue sea glass crown sat still on her head even when she shook her head. She wondered if it'd been glued on. The dress that had been brought out made her jaw drop. "Aquafina left behind some sketches for you. With what I was given I tried my best but."

The dress was tight with a plunging neck line that would stop around her stomach. There were no sleeves and the neckline was decorated with pearls. The top was a light blue that slowly went into a dark blue eventually black at the bottom on the dress. A slit ran up to probably her thigh. After being put into the dress she found her estimations were correct. The clear bra made sense. She walked out and found Finnick in tight leather pants something she was later told was Aquafina's idea. And a white lose shirt that left his chest pretty exposed. "It seems we've both been dressed horribly." Finnick remarked seeing her dress.

"At least you're partly covered I'm basically naked with slightly zipped jacket and a beach skirt." Finnick laughed remembering her beach skirt it was a piece of cloth the same color as her bikini that she tied around her waist. "Not to mention the jacket doesn't have sleeves." Finnick shook his head. Why Snow needed them so bare when they had no appointments Finnick didn't know.

"Now for our favorite Victor the Princess of Panem, Cordelia Kane." She sent her fiancée a smile and walked on the stage a small smile as she heard the cheers. "Now as always what's your favorite color." Cordelia made sure to follow her instructions and let her voice shake and smile quiver. "Is she okay?" Katniss asked Haymitch watching the woman from her room. "Katniss I told you people are doing anything to stop the games." How this was going to stop the games Katniss wasn't sure but she watched. "Blue like the ocean because I feel like the ocean everyone claims they love me but hurt me with a smile." There were yells saying they'd kill those people and Caesar patted her arm sympathetically. Haymitch laughed.

"Who hurt you?" He asked. She took a deep breath and let the tears start to fall. "You, all of you the entire Capitol. You've welcomed me with open arms been the home I never had and now you're sending me to my death but still claim to love me." Caesar was left shocked the audience screaming she stood up making sure to sniffle. "I think I'll go now." She started walking up to her space screams behind begging her to forgive them some yelling to cancel the games. Beetee gave her a nod of respect as she stood next to him. "Let's welcome our other District 4 tribute Finnick Odair." The noise died down. Cordelia didn't pay to much attention to the small talk she instead searched for Irini she found the woman who nodded at her in approval.

"Now Finnick I understand you have a message for a special someone out there. Finnick nodded and looked into the camera. "My love, you are the one, my one and only, the love of my life. I want you to know my heart is forever yours." He took a deep breath. "Even if I die." The Capitol women yelled out to him each thinking it was for them but Finnick for a brief second let their eyes meet and gave her a small smile and that was enough for her. More interviews went by Johanna yelled at everyone Atlas spoke about his wife and daughter. That earned awes. Artemis spoke about her lover. She didn't say names but revealed she had gotten married. Katniss didn't say much but then Peeta got on.

"So the wedding, the marriage never to be?" Peeta looked down. "Well we got married actually in secret." Caesar smiled widely. "We want our love to be eternal. Me and Katniss have been luckier than most." His eyes drifted to Artemis, Atlas, and Finnick. "And we'd have no regrets if it weren't for...if...if." Caesar took the mic back. "If it weren't for what?" He pointed the mic at Peeta. "If it weren't for the baby." The crowd erupted with chaos. Haymitch saluted him Peeta smirked. Katniss had a hand on her stomach and looked ready to throw up. Peeta came jogging and the two hugged. Then suddenly everyone was holding hands and bring them up.
