2012: Viola for the main act

Mikey plays viola. Like really well. But he gets scared preforming infront of people. Will Mikey get over his stage fright in time for Sensei's birthday party?

It was Master Splinters birthday and the quadruples wanted to do something special for him.

"OK guys. You know the plan for Sensei's birthday?" Leo asked the three others

"Yup, I already texted April to collect a cake for him." Donnie said putting his T-phone down.

"And Casey?" Leo asked lifting an eye ridge.

"Oh yea..um..he's coming to." He said rolling his eyes.

"Raph?" Leo said to the hothead.

"I'm in charge of the party list. I already invited our friends, the mighty mutanimals, Kirby, Fugetoid, Usagi, Shinigami, Renet and I have a few more to add on." Raph said while showing the list to Leo.

"Great, thanks Raph. Mikey?"

"Already on it Leo. I have a list of food to make and a sweet, sweet desert for later. Curtesy of moi." Mikey said while grinning

"Alrighty then. I'm on decorating duty with Donnie, Karai just texted me saying she and Splinter are at an art museum and they won't be back for a good couple of hours so we are good to go." Leo said while placing a hand on Donnie's shoulder.

"Oh and Mikey, don't forget to practice your piece for the party. We don't want you messing up in front of everyone." Raph said with a cheeky smile.

Mikey's eyes widened in fear. Sure he got a bit nervous preforming but he was always cool and collected. But this is Sensei's party were talking about. His birthday. He didn't want to ruin that.

Leo gave Raph a nudge, giving him a look that said 'why on earth would you say that'.

"It's going to be OK Mikey. Don't listen to Raph, your going to do great. And beside, we'll be here if something does go wrong." Donnie said while placing a hand on his brothers unaturally stiff shoulder.

Just then Donnie's phone went off.

"I just got a text message from April, she's on her way now." Donnie said.

"OK. Let's get going." Leo said already signaling his brothers to come.

"Better get practicing little bro. We wouldn't want you...messing up would we." Raph said as he laughed to himself.

Mikey felt sick to his stomach. It was like there was a big giant knot in the middle of it and it was really tight. He immediately ran to his room to practice his viola piece.

While Leo and Don were decorating, and Raph called over all the party people to come over early to help out, Mikey was practicing. And he did it over, and over , and over again, even though it was perfect. He didn't want to mess up on the night and he certainly didn't want to ruin Sensei's party.

He practiced so much that he forgot about the food, luckily April and Casey already got food and he still had time to make his dessert so he decided to take a little break to do it.

He set off to the kitchen to find that April was already in there unpacking the things they got from the store.

"Hey Mikey." She said with a smile

"Hey April." He smiled back.

"What's up, I've been looking for your but Leo said you were practicing your song for tonight." She said as she unpacked everything from the bag.

"Yea. Just didn't want to mess up the big night you know." He said fumbling with his thumbs.

"What? No. You'll do great Mikey. I know it." She said, making the turtle feel less nervous.
