TMNT 2012: Trombone meme

"UHHHHHHHGGGG!! I'm bored." Mikey complained as he placed down his comic book.

"Mikey, you need to rest, so your ankle can heal." Donnie said, finishing up the cast.

Mikey's only gone and chipped a bone in his ankle while on a mission. Now he was benched for 6 weeks.

"Guys, we have to go." Leo said.

"OK, nucklehead. We'll be back soon." Raph said as they all left.

Mikey groaned and grabbed his crutches to head to the kitchen. Once he got there, he opened the freezer to see his pet.

"Hello, Ice Cream Kitty." He said.

She meowed and purred as she rubbed her head against his hand. She looked down at his foot in worry.

"Don't worry, Kitty. I just broke my ankle, that's all. I'll be fine." He said.

She looked at him and meowed as he took her out of the freezer. He placed her in a bowl full of ice and set her on the counter. He sat on a stool and placed his crutches to one side.

"I'm so bored, Kitty. There's nothing to do. I can hardly walk." He said.

She meowed and wilted her ears.

"I wanna play my viola, but I kicked the A string outta place, so Donnie has to fix it." He looked over to the living room, where his trombone was. He had a smug smile on his face.

"Kitty, I have the best idea. But you're gonna have to help me on this one." He said.

Kitty meowed, and Mikey grabbed his crutches to get to the couch.He got his trombone and went back to the kitchen. He got out his T-phone and showed her the famous trombone meme on YouTube.

"Here's what we're gonna do..."

Meanwhile, Leo, Donnie, and Raph were walking back to the lair.

"Man, did you see how I kicked their heads in?" Raph said.

"And how we did a famous film move in real life?" Leo said. "Mikey would've loved that."

"Speaking of Mikey, how is he Don?" Raph asked.

"Well, the swelling in his ankle has gone down. So he should be fine in a few weeks." He said.

"He must be so bored right now. Hey, imma order a pizza. That'll cheer him up." Leo said as he picked up his phone and ordered.

"Mikey were home!" Donnie called as they entered the lair.

"Mikey?!" Donnie looked at Raph.

"Where is that nucklehead?" Raph asked. Leo came back from the call and headed towards them.

"OK, the pizza is coming in 30 minutes. I even ordered fries and drinks. Wait, where's Mikey?" He asked.

They all heard some sounds in the kitchen, and they went to check it out. One thing they didn't expect was to see Mikey and Ice Cream Kitty wearing a pair of shades. Mikey was sitting on a stool with his trombone, and Ice Cream Kitty was next to the oven door. They all stood in silence as Mikey picked up his trombone and played.

He had the most serious face on, and Ice Cream Kitty closed the oven door on the beat. She was heading banging as he played. They all looked on as he played, faces full of surprise and confusion. Once they finished, you could see him trying to keep a straight face. The rest clapped as Mikey finally began to laugh. They all joined in with him.

"Mikey, on a scale of 1 to 10, how bored were you that you decided to teach Ice Cream Kitty the trombone meme?" Donnie asked.

"24." Mikey said.

"Well, I gotta say, little brother. That was very impressive." Raph said, rubbing his head.

"Thanks. We worked hard on it. Didn't we girl?" Mikey looked at Ice Cream Kitty, who meowed in response.

Leo's phone went off as he checked the message.

"The pizzas here. I'll go up and get it." He said.

"Sweet." Mikey cheered as.

Raph gave Mikey a piggyback ride to the couch as Donnie grabbed his crutches and Ice Cream Kitty. Leo came back with the pizza as they got settled. Everyone cheered as Mikey shot his hand up.

"I call first piece!"
