Unexpected (Vegeta x Bulma Love Story)

Chapter 57

Bulma POV:

Vegeta walked in the room and handed me a cup of water while I sat in bed. My legs were so wobbly, I couldn't walk. I expected sex with him to be rough considering his insane super strength but I definitely underestimated how rough it really would be and the aftermath but it was great none the less. Vegeta put on a shirt then sat next to me in bed.

"Are you ok?" He asked. I chuckled and nodded my head.

"Yes." I answered. He also chuckled.

"You thought I was joking." He said, grinning.

"Not necessarily but I didn't think you'd leave me like this."  He placed his hand on my cheek.

"I love you" He said, kissing me on the lips. I smiled.

"I love you too."

"I never thought you'd be so loving." I said.

"Trust me, Me neither." He replied while running his fingers through my hair.

"You're not going to treat me differently now that you've had sex with me right?" I asked. Vegeta's eyes widened.

"What the hell Bulma?" He questioned. I quickly felt embarrassed for asking such a question.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have asked that." I stated, expressing my regret.

"Look, I'm not going to treat you differently. All I want to do is love and protect you. You don't have to worry about me." He pulled me closer onto him.

"I know you're probably thinking about that pathetic human, Yamcha." He continued.

"I can't help it. He really messed me up." I replied.

"Do you want me to kill him?" He asked. My eyes widened.

"No, let's not kill anyone."

"He doesn't matter anymore, I'm here now." He stated. He let out a sigh and closed his eyes.

"Do you still love him or something?" He asked.

"No, No! Not at all! I just hope you don't do the same things he did to me, you know lie, cheat, physically hurt me..."

"Look, I may be dangerous but I would never be dangerous towards you. All I want to do is take care of you and make sure you're safe." I smiled.

"I may be an ass but that's just common sense." He continued.

"I'm sorry I even thought of you in that light." I stated.

"It's fine, I know I don't have the greatest reputation. I know I'm still hot headed and mean at times but I'm working on it, at least only for you. Everyone else will still get treated like the weaklings they are." I chuckled and shook my head.

"Thank you Vegeta, it means a lot." He smiled. I took a few sips of my water then laid down beside home. He pulled me into his chest and held me tight. I closed my eyes while the biggest smile was plastered on my face but i didn't care
