As we pulled into the driveway, I put the car into park and woke up David. "Come on dude, we have to finish packing. I want us to get to the house either late tonight or early tomorrow, so we need to finish packing." I told him, while getting out of the car. I quickly went to my room and started packing.

When I went into David's room, I was in shock. "David, you can't take everything with you, we're donating like half of your stuff. I'm donating stuff too." I told him. "But why can't I take everything?" He asked. Sighing, I replied, "David, you don't even use half of your stuff. We don't have space in the car for everything either. Bring the stuff important to you, leave the stuff you never use." He nodded and opened the boxes again. I decided to sit down and help him, fully knowing he wouldn't be able to do it himself. 'So many brothers in the world and I'm stuck with this one.'

Around 3 hours later, David's stuff was finally finished. Now all I had to do was go to my room and finish up there. Easy, right? Wrong. I found stuff I hadn't seen in just about 5 years. Who knew I had a flippin lightsaber?!

"David! You need to put your donation pile things in the car!" I yelled at him. "Why?" He replied. Sighing, I ran towards his room and grabbed the things myself. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THAT?!" David asked, running into his room. "David. These clothes don't fit you anymore nor do they hold any significant value towards you. These toys over here are from when you were like 10, which also don't hold any value. I'm simply donating them to people who could actually use them." He turned around and walked back to the kitchen. 'What a hoarder.'

After dropping off our things, we went back to the house and started putting our furniture in the moving truck. Once all of that was done, we grabbed our clothes, and stopped to look at the trophies for a little bit. "You know, David, it's funny. You're the professional racing driver and yet I still have more karting trophies than you." He scoffed and replied, "Maybe, but look who made it further." As we walked out towards the truck with our last things, I replied once more. "Someone needed to fix all of those karts you crashed."

On the car ride there, I turned on some music. "Please turn that off, Rowan." David asked. I replied, "Nuh uh. I'm the driver, I choose the music." He rolled his eyes before closing them once more. "Yeah, that's right. I win, just like I always have." I proudly stated. He glared, smacked my arm, and backed down yet again.

Driving through the streets of Indianapolis, our house came into view. Shaking David, I screamed in his ear. "DAVID!! WE'RE HERE!" He flinched and sat up. "Welcome home, bro." I told him. Our house looked beautiful. 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a rustic feel throughout it all. "Why do we need so many rooms, Rowan?" David asked. I replied, "Once you get enough money and get your own place, I'm gonna grow a beautiful family here." He looked disgusted as he grabbed his boxes. "Maybe I'll just stay here until I die." He said, glaring at me. "If you don't end up moving then I will. I can't let the better genes go to waste buddy." He scoffed at my reply.

Once we were all settled in, I took the car and went to the grocery store. I grabbed all of the food we needed, with the addition of some of David and I's favorite snacks. I quickly got through the checkout line and went to go put the food in the car before someone stopped me. "Rowan?!" He said. Recognizing the voice, I whipped my head around. "Oh, hello Pato!" I said, unconciously smiling. "Did you know that you have a really pretty smile?" I blushed before responding.

After a while, I checked the time. "Look Pato, I've gotta go so I can keep my frozen stuff, well, frozen, but I can call you when I'm done if that sounds alright?" He nodded. "That sounds wonderful! Do you need my number?" He asked, with my reply coming shortly after. "Nah dude, I've still got it from your surprise calls." He looked down for a second, clearly embarrassed. We gave each other a quick hug before going our seperate ways.

When I arrived at home, I found David asleep on the couch. I chuckled before putting all of the bags on the table. I started putting the frozen food in our fridge when he woke up. "Ah, you're finally home, Rowan." He lazily spoke. "Why yes, it is I." I replied. After everything else was put in the pantry, I walked over and sat on the couch next to David. "It's my turn to choose the movie so don't even try." I said, snatching the remote. I went onto Netflix and turned on The Prom. "Not another musical, Rowan. Please.." He begged. I giggled before shaking my head. "David, this one's awesome."

About halfway through, I realized that I forgot to call Pato. I quickly pulled out my phone to text him.

UNKNOWN NUMBER

ROWAN
I'm so sorry, Pato! I completely forgot.

PATO
You're all good, I had stuff to do anyways!
So what are you doing now?

I'm watching a musical with David. What about you?

Ah, that's cool! I was golfing with some friends.

That sounds fun! Do I know any of them?

I'm not sure. I'm with Lando and Carlos right now, they're both F1 drivers.

Oh yeah, I recognize them both! That sounds nice.

In a few hours, we're planning on having a little party at my house tonight with some other drivers. I can introduce you to them if you wanna bring David? My sister and some other girls will be there for you to hang out with, btw.

Yeah, I can bring him. What time and what place?

7:30, at xxxx.

Alright, see ya there!
