I desired to know more,
Which really altered my desires,
Rewiring
How I think and always
Making me feel tired.
But, it felt so good
That I kept letting it
Transpire.
I didn't understand
The consequences until
I got older, now
With problems affecting my
Spine, back, and
Shoulders.
But, that's beside the point.
Alternate ways of thinking.
It turned to an addiction like
Someone who can't stop drinking.
