The art of noticing

as a quiet person myself, I've come to love this so called "art of noticing"

you see, when you're quiet you're more observant. You notice every little detail, emotion, person, energy and much much more.

you notice when someone's going through something, it kinda lets you peek into their thoughts you see..

but for me, the art of noticing has made me realise a lot. it made me look at everything as an observer and not as the main character. Kinda like reading a book where you can take your time analysing each character of the story and what part they play in the story.

most of this comes from reflection. Especially when you're all alone, sitting on your bed at night before you sleep.

This time period lets you analyse the whole day and things you didn't notice then but do now, as you're thinking.

I've really enjoyed this art as it lets me take a peek into life from a different view point.

To be rather frank with you, it is very astonishing how a person can view their own life as a book with them as the main lead and see where they did the right things, and where they were not strong enough.

it helps you become a better person each day.
