Is it just me or sometimes (well most of the time) do you procrastinate, maybe make a few empty promises completely out of habit? Well, no harm in feeling bad because me too.
Let's think about it this way, suppose you have promised your friend you'd show up for an event she invited you too. Sometime later you are being assigned a project by your teacher/ superior which is due 3-4 days later.
Do you:
A) decide to finish the project before the event and actually doB) decide to finish the project in advance but sadly end up missing the event to complete it
most of the time well, we always decide to do the first one (A) but some of us don't actually end up doing it and do (B) instead.
Now this happens due to our weak mindset and our lack of taking action on our words.
They say 'words of affirmation' is our love language. But, what if, this is a way of romanticizing empty words and promises just because you're not really ready to let that person go?
Okay my bad- completely different topic.Coming back to our main topic, "Becoming a better version of yourself"
This phrase has been, in my opinion, vaguely thrown around alot. Everyone says becoming a better you is important, it's great, boosts confidence and much more. But noone really answers the most important question which is how? Well obviously that is because this process is unique to each individual. You can't just push everyone into the same routine and watch them become awesome. Everyone's different and unique in their own way and to be honest,
In the end i personally believe that noone can help you become the better you if you don't make up your mind first
