It's been two days since Marshall and Aaliyah had their argument, aaliyah hasn't spoken to Marshall since then
That night when they had their concert, aaliyah put all of her emotions and anger into the performance

It's just another day and it was time to get started on the new album, aaliyah had already added three songs, she added,

Aaliyah had been crazy busy since then, Dre, Tony and Ray had to get more songs for aaliyah to add on the album

Aaliyah and Selena wanted to go shopping with their mom while they were in California, turns out the Riveras were gonna be stuck in L.A for a while so everyone wanted to enjoy it

"Liyah?"

"Yes mama?"

"Me and Selena are gonna go shopping, wanna come?"

"Yes! Definitely" So Aaliyah got ready and went to the mall
Bea went to H&M, selena and Liyah went to Forever 21

"So what's been going on with you and Marshall?"

"Nothing, why?"

"Well you guys have been really distant plus everytime he tries to talk to you, you dismiss him and run away, did dad say something?" selena asked

"Well first off i wouldn't say run, and second, No dad didn't say anything, but he is still mad at Marshall" aaliyah said
The entire time, aaliyah, selena, and bea talked about marshall and tried to give her advice

"Now look aaliyah, i can see that you like Marshall but you know that nothing can happen between you two, right" Bea said
Aaliyah nodded her head and hugged her mom
Aaliyah went to her room and just layed on her bed and thought about Marshall, then aaliyah phone ranged
It was Ray

(THE CALL)
Aaliyah: yes ray?
Ray: Where are you? We have a lot of work to do, we need to come up with a name for the album, pick a picture for the album, so much more, and we also have some good news
Aaliyah: okay i'll be down in the studio in a couple of minutes
Ray: okay see you then
(END OF CALL)

Aaliyah got her bag, and packed it with snacks, magazines, her journals, makeup and her cellphone after Aaliyah got done packing her bag she drove down to the studio
Dre, Tony, Ray, DeShaun, and Marshall were there and they were gonna record some new song with aaliyah

"Hey guys, so what's the big news?" Aaliyah asked

"Toni Braxton called she has another song for you"

"Oh my gosh! Really!? Which one?" aaliyah excitingly asked

"He wasn't man enough for me, me and dre have been talking and we wanna add that to the album" Ray said

"Oh my gosh! Toni Braxton wants to hear me sing her songs!"

"Yes ma'am now it's time to get started" Tony said
So aaliyah got into the recording booth and got ready

"Okay Liyah you ready?" Dre asked

"Super ready!" Aaliyah happily exclaimed

After the first recording, Aaliyah voice started getting dry and a bit raspy, Ray stopped because he was worried for Aaliyah

"Hey Liyah, you good?" Ray asked

"Yeah, why?"

"You sound a little raspy, does your throat feel okay?" Ray asked

"Yeah I feel good, a little dehydrated but I feel fine"

"No it's gonna be fine we need that raspiness in the song, so keep recording" Tony said
So they continued the song and time from time Marshall and aaliyah kept eye contact
And every time aaliyah made eye contact with Marshall she added anger and pain into the song

After she was done she sat right next to Dre and Ray and they played back the tape

"That sounds really great, no need to for another recording" Tony said

"Okay, we got gold gentleman" Dre said
Aaliyah was really happy and excited that this was all happening
Ray, tony and Dre had to speak to some directors about the album and about the photo shoot for the cover

"So why were you singling me out while you were singing?" Marshall asked
Aaliyah looked at Marshall with a serious upset look
And DeShaun looked at Marshall with a shocked face

"What are you talking about?"

"Well it seems like you were singing that song more to me"

"Well I'm gonna go get something to drink and let yal deal with this" DeShaun said then he got up and left

"Why are you mad at me?"

"Are you kidding!? You trashed a hotel room and it cost my dad over 300$ to have the whole room repaired and you almost ruined the whole tour for all of us! I have been trying so hard to convince everyone that you are a good guy but now you went and messed that all up!" Aaliyah exclaimed

"I'm sorry aaliyah, I really am!"

"Oh don't just apologize to me, apologize to my dad, to Ray and Dre, My brother and Dre spent hours convincing my dad to not fire you! And you are so selfish that you can't realize all the things that we do for you" aaliyah explained then aaliyah got up and walked towards to the door
Marshall quickly got up to block aaliyah from leaving

"Move Marshall!"

"Wait aaliyah please, please I love you! I'm sorry"
Aaliyah couldn't believe that Marshall said the first "I love you"

"I don't ever wanna speak to you again, now leave me alone" then aaliyah gently pushed Marshall away and walked out of the room
Marshall eyes began to water and he left the studio

Marshall thought about Aaliyah and how he wished that he could take back everything wrong

But who knows what will happen next
