his blood still boils to hear people audaciously commenting about you. no matter what, he has no tolerance to any slander to your name. he knew you didn't feel the same about him.

this also made him alone in his struggle. no one knew what was really happening between you and everything else continued to stay the same. so he cries in silence with his face buried over his knees and his arms tightly hugging his limbs, where no one can hear him. everyday, he swallowed the pain eating him away and planted a smile on his face.

he can barely understand even though it's happening. that he's somehow existing in this possible reality where he doesn't see you anymore, what he lived for.

in the past, he couldn't have imagined it. that you both could last longer than a day without talking to each other, that your classic bright expressions you unknowingly made when you saw him would turn into constant cold shoulder for him.

it's the type of pain so profound that it's incomprehensible– you are one person. but without you, why does he feel as good as dead?
