The revelation of the demonic entity named Rhaast left you in shock. You stared at the screen, the unsettling presence emanating from the figure that had taken over Kayn's appearance. It's x-shaped eyes that glitched ever so often as he stared at you made you feel unease.

Rhaast chuckled, the deep and resonant sound echoing through the discord call. "Relax, [Name]. I'm not here to harm you. Kayn just let me take the reins for a bit."

Your eyes widened in disbelief. "Take the reins? What the hell does that mean? Where's Kayn?"

Rhaast's grin widened, the malicious glint in his golden eyes giving way to a more mischievous expression. "Oh, Kayn's just taking a little break. Don't worry, he's still in here." Rhaast tapped his head playfully.

The situation felt surreal, like a twisted prank or a bizarre dream. You rubbed your temples, trying to make sense of it all. "This has to be some kind of joke, right? Kayn, if you're messing with me, it's not funny."

Rhaast's laughter echoed, the sound resonating with a strange mix of amusement and sincerity. "I assure you, [Name], this is no joke. But fret not, I'm not here to cause trouble. If anything, I find your company rather intriguing."

Your eyes narrowed skeptically. "Intriguing? You're a demon or something- and you find my company intriguing?"

Rhaast nodded, his demonic features contorting into a playful smirk. "Yeah. It's not every day I get to chat with a mortal. Even Kayn's band members are creeped out because of me. Especially that green-haired boy."

Your eyes flickered between Kayn's usual self and the demonic form that now spoke to you. The fear gradually gave way to confusion as you tried to comprehend the bizarre reality unfolding before you.

"So, you're like... an alter ego?" you questioned, the pieces slowly clicking into place.

Rhaast chuckled, "Alter ego, darkin, demon— call me what you want. But, between us, I prefer the term 'friend.'"

"Friend?" you echoed, a skeptical tone coloring your voice. You disregarded his words before continuing your interrogation.

"So, you're... possessing Kayn?" You stammered, still grappling with the bizarre reality.

"Possessing? Oh, no, no. It's a partnership, a symbiosis. Kayn and I share his body," Rhaast explained, his tone filled with a twisted sense of pride.

"You know if magic and demons never existed, I could've mistaken your whole alter ego stuff as schizophrenia." You deadpanned, earning a laugh from the said demon.

As you processed the information, Rhaast leaned back, his purple-skinned form mending with the shadows behind him. "Anything else you wanna know?"

You took a deep breath, trying to steady your nerves. "I... I don't know. This is beyond anything I could have imagined. Kayn never mentioned anything like this."

Rhaast chuckled, the sound low and sinister. "Ah, the little secret he keeps. Mortals are so amusing with their ignorance. Kayn likes to keep things interesting, you know? A little mystery never hurt anyone."

A sense of unease settled over you, but you couldn't shake the feeling that Rhaast, despite his demonic appearance, wasn't entirely malevolent. There was a strange charisma to his presence, and his words carried a playful cadence.

"But enough about me. Let's talk about you, [Name]. To be very honest, I find you quite fascinating," Rhaast mused, his x-shaped eyes narrowing in a scrutinizing gaze.

"What do you find fascinating about me?" You questioned, a mix of curiosity and caution in your voice.

Rhaast's demonic features softened, a strange warmth emanating from his form. "You're different. Mortals are usually so predictable, but there's a spark in you, a defiance. I like that."
