Not many people know about this land, or maybe it's because foreigners to this realm who have come never survived long enough to tell the tale. However further than the eyes can see, across the snowy hills, deep into the cold forests of the neverrealm there was a small village filled with creatures you'd only think of in fairy tales. The formlings, they were creatures not too different from the average human being but there was one main factor that separated them from anyone you may know, the formlings had the special ability to change form to a specific animal linked with their being but this story is not about just any formling.

"Kataru get up you're going to miss breakfast!" Kataru opened his eyes grudgingly and sighed, sitting up and opening his curtains right by his bed "The suns barely risen sister, why do we always have to get up so early!" "It's just- I know that Lloyd will come back one day and I don't want to miss it" the girl said looking down at the floor as Kataru placed his hand on her shoulder "Akita.. you know he's not coming back right? Some people come into our lives then they leave and never come back, and there's nothing we can do about that.. you can't keep hoping for something that will never happen, it'll ruin you sis" Akita looked at her side as she moved away from Kataru "I know that but.. I thought you were never coming back but you did maybe it will be the same for Lloyd" Kataru looked at her sadly knowing that he couldn't change her mind "How about we go eat some breakfast" the young girl smiled "Alright!"

Once the two had finished breakfast Akita decided to take a walk around the forest while Kataru talked with his girlfriend. Akita was starting to feel more and more lonely every day, some times she felt as if she was back in the forest alone during the days the ice emperor ruled and sometimes she would get panic attacks, feeling as if she couldn't breathe, as if every bad thing that ever happened to her, all those things she tried so hard to hide in the past just came flooding back. The truth was Akita was scared, she was scared to lose everyone she loved again like on that fateful night. She didn't want to stay here any longer, she just couldn't. It was for the better after all though she'd miss her home and would never be able to return.
