The Trickster comes through the door of the Main Building grinning from ear to ear. The bet he had made with Legion has turned into easy Bloodpoints. He makes his way through the gate that separates the Main Building from the Killer camp. The difference between the Killer and Survivor sides is like night and day. Where the Survivors spend their time in a place that looks like a summer camp for adults, the Killers get to enjoy their free time in what looks like a luxurious holiday resort by a clear blue lake. Each one of them have their own apartment and the shared space has an artificial hot spring in the middle of the courtyard that opens up to the sky in a triangle shape. There are two lounges and a kitchen on the bottom floor of the building that envelops the spring.

Killers usually gather in the lounge with the bar and TV to find out who's going up for the Trial that night

Killers usually gather in the lounge with the bar and TV to find out who's going up for the Trial that night. Otherwise they spend time in the other lounge that has yet another bar. The room is reminiscent of a mini casino, but without the glamor. There are a couple of pool tables, decks of cards, plenty of sources for entertainment, and comfortable, oversized sofas.

The Trickster walks through the main door of the building, which leads to the entrance hall. There are three doors - the two smaller ones lead to stairwells on either side and the bigger door opens up to an enormous kitchen and dining room. The Killer crosses the middle of the room to the door that leads to the hot spring. It's a short-cut towards the lounge where loud music is coming from. Wondering if he had managed to set the record for the fastest Trial this month and humming some song from his past to himself,  he doesn't notice that he's not alone until the air gets knocked out of his lungs and he feels a sharp object pressing against his throat, not leaving him much space for movement.

The Trickster takes a deep, painful breath, trying to focus his eyes on his attacker, but what he's met with are two fiery eyes that cause the air to leave his lungs once more. Wesker is rarely seen, apart from when the killers make a decision on who is getting to kill that night, he certainly doesn't bother with meager dramas.

''You are pathetic,'' the first words that leave Wesker's mouth are filled with disdain. What Trickster now realizes to be a knife digs deeper into his throat, not quite cutting the skin yet, but he certainly does not dare to swallow.

''I told you to keep her running. Cause her to make mistakes so she can learn. Knocking her down and keeping her down is pathetic.'' Wesker flips the knife in his hand so that he's holding the hilt of it in his fist, pointing the sharp tip of it at Trickster, who jumps in fright as the knife purposefully misses its target and penetrates the wooden wall The Trickster's being held up against, cutting his ear just slightly. He laughs in relief and the smug look he's usually sporting returns to Trickster's face like it never left.

''You can't control what I do in Trials,'' he rebuts, raising his eyebrow in what he thinks is a challenging way, but to Wesker he sounds like he's questioning himself . Wesker simply laughs at his words, as if he just heard the funniest thing, but the laugh never reaches his eyes. For a moment it looks like he's about to say something, but another wicked grin finds his lips warning The Trickster to what's about to happen. The Trickster has no time to translate the wickedness behind Wesker's eyes or smile because a hard fist meets his cheek without another warning. He collapses and tries to cover his face before Wesker can hit him again, but Wesker picks him up and holds him still against the wall because Trickster is uncapable of holding his own body upright.
