Thoughts: I have a love hate relationship with how much detail the author put into describing the embalming process. It interested me and disgusted me at the same time. What John said to Rob at the dance was awesome. If someone said something like that to me in real life I would probably crap my pants but reading it was pretty cool. John kinda scares me but I like how he tries so hard to keep himself in check. John's mind fascinates me so much. All of his theories about the killer are so good. Holy shit man I was not expecting that twist. My mind is totally blown right now. This book is fucking crazy. I couldn't have predicted anything that has happened so far. The more I read the crazier it gets. I don't really like John's mom. I know she's just trying her best to help John but I don't like the way she goes about it. She also just gets on my nerves for some reason. I don't know I can't really explain why but she does. I didn't really like the ending of this book. It was kind of anti-climactic.

This book was okay. Not terrible but definitely not my favorite.
