A/N
Early Christmas present? I think yes 👍
Anyways I just wanted to drop this chapter after rewriting it so many times, and also before Wattpad gets blocked for me so here it is :)
Hope this is enough to make the hiatus less tedious, but get ready for some juicy chapters when I get back 👍

He's back.
Back at the airport.
A flurry of emotions hit Gojo then and there, as the past regrets, anger, frustration and sadness all overwhelm him as he stands, watching his friends in front of him.
Everyone is there, Nanami, Haibara, Riko and even Yaga.
That liar. The afterlife isn't lonely after all. Too bad Gojo didn't die sooner.
Gojo smiles softly, but the gentle expression only stays for a second. He feels a tightness in his chest as the deceased sorcerers wander around their boarding gate, ready for their flight. Each familiar face only fuels Gojo's guilt as he thinks back to the day he got sealed in by Kenjaku. Just a moment of weakness on his part resulted in too many deaths that day.
Gojo needs to apologise.
His hand flies towards the familiar blond-haired figure as he tries to yell out to grab Nanami's attention, but he's too busy talking to Haibara. Seeing the dark haired male is another reminder of his precious student Yuuji. His voice doesn't seem to come out as well as he hopes, as the strangled cry does little to nothing to capture the blond sorcerer's attention.
It's as if something is preventing Gojo from interacting with anyone at the airport, with his two feet both firmly glued to the ground. He grunts as he tries to free himself again, but his actions are proved futile. Desperation-filled blue eyes can only do so much as Gojo counts his old acquaintances, his eyes jumping from face to face.
After careful searching, he reaches the one he had been looking for. If anyone had a chance of being able to sense Gojo's presence, it would be him.
"Suguru!"
This time, Gojo's voice finally comes out.
The raven haired male whips his head around, towards the voice, but seems to hear nothing more than a breeze, as a second later he turns around again to converse with the other deceased sorcerers.
Gojo feels a throb in his heart as his stomach twists. He yells again, but to no avail. Suguru's face is lit up in a smile as he laughs at Haibara and Riko's playful argument, with Nanami and Yaga both just listening in on the conversation. So clueless about Gojo, standing just a few metres away from them.
The airport speakers suddenly come to life, crackling out a single announcement. "Please board gate 24. We are taking off in 10 minutes."
With all of his remaining strength, Gojo manages to free one of his feet, but one step feels like nothing compared to the distance that keeps growing between him and Suguru. It's his last chance to act. His outstretched hands grab at air, eyes still focused on his best friend. The crowd of sorcerers are now boarding the plane, and Gojo is now reaching a breaking point.
"Take me with you."
Those words are repeated like a prayer, to whatever God that would listen to Gojo Satoru. The sorcerer's defences are coming down like a storm, and with each shout, the desperation grows. Every wall that he has ever put up comes crashing down in an instance. All Gojo needs is Suguru.
