Hi! I'm ElleCee Piastri and right now I'm 8 years old. I have a twin brother named Oscar and I go to Mayfield Independence school in Melbourne.
Today, I'm officially 9, how cool! Although, it's a bit weird my parents keep talking to Oscar about some sort of go karting thingy. The whole day has been about him and it's kind of annoying. It's like they don't remember it's my birthday too.
Apparently, I'm supposed to be switching to a school in England and because it's so far away I have to live there? I don't want to go, but I'll probably have to, once my parents decide something they never back out.
I've already finished my first term at St Richmonds girls academy and it's absolute torture! Everybody here is so bratty and stuck up like what the hell is a drunk elephant?!
I made one friend, but she's a few years older than me. Her name's Gina-Maria but I call her Ginny.
I don't think my parents love me anymore.. When we get visiting or free time we're allowed to speak to our parents, but whenever I call them they don't pick up. I haven't spoken to them in 6 months.
Christmas is on its way and I don't think I'm going home to see them. Ginny did invite me to stay with her family for Christmas so I suppose I'll probably take her up on that.
Okay... so I might have found out her dad is a formula 1 driver... that's so cool!
I also met Mick. He's only 2 years older than me. He's really kind, he wants to follow in his dads footsteps and become a formula one driver too!
There was one more person. I think his name was Sebastian, he lets me call him Seb.
There's only a few more days until school starts up again and Seb and I have bonded way more! We have so much in common it's crazy. He's letting me stay with him for Easter as well.
*2 years later*
Ginny, Mick and I have sort of become this trio so we're mostly together in the breaks so I get to see Seb a lot.
My parents want nothing to do with me anymore. Seb is offering to adopt me and I think I want him to? This is all so confusing.
I just can't believe I won't be a Piastri anymore. Hmm... ElleCee Jane Elizabeth Vettel. If I'm being honest that's such a cool name!
*1 year later*
I've loved hanging with Seb or well now I mostly call him Dad. I get to ring him whenever I can at school and he's always there for me, he always picks up. I've been to quite a few formula one races in my breaks with him. I wasn't expecting them to be so loud it hurts my ears, but I also love the thrill and watching him win.
Dad likes to go to junior karting races and I've met a few people around my age. I quite like Max, Lando and George. Mick races in a lot of them and it's so fun watching him speed by.
I did meet this one boy, this name was like Charlie oh wait no it was Charles he's French or something. He is SO rude he shoved me into a wall and it really hurt. I think he's just a sore looser. He's always around glaring straight at me, I don't think I've done anything wrong at least I hope I haven't.
I've known Seb for about 4 years now and I honestly couldn't wish for anything more. I just hope when I grow up he's still racing I can see how much he adores the sport. Like, if I were to mention it his eyes light up or his whole mood changes. I love seeing the proudness on his face as he parks his car in 1st before he runs up and hugs me. Oh how I cherish those hugs.
I'm not sure if they mean more than other hugs or if it's that I never used to get hugs before I met him but they make me warm and happy.
