"Don't worry, Gabi, he'll come. Maybe he's doing something important." Zofia replies to her.
"More important than the speech to put an end to Paradis once and for all, huh? Impossible, that kid..."
The others laugh, knowing that deep down she cares a lot about him. Even I do too. For some reason, I feel hopeful. I want to go back to Paradis, I want to see her again.
Yes, at first, I would have liked to forget her completely but... I couldn't.
After so many years, I am still the same.
Still the same soldier deep down.
So, I would like to see her one last time, whatever the circumstances, and tell her how I really feel.
To put an end to everything once and for all.
I don't think her rejection would hurt more than not having been able to see her all these years...
