I know, I know. I should finish my other stories first. I just can't help it. So, this is basically short stories of different Avengers learning something about Bucky or just their opinion of him. Most of the things the Avengers "learn" about is UN-CANNON. It ain't real. Full stop.

Rights go to Stan Lee and Marvel- and anyone else who I should write.

BUCKY BARNES

Steve Rodgers looks like he's about to throw his shield at Tony Stark.

"I don't think I'm worth all this," I say to Steve, hoping to diffuse the tension.

"You're my friend, I shall not watch you go to prison for something that's not your fault," he replies, all noble and heroic.

Oh great, just what I need, a guilt trip. "Oh but it is, you freakin' idiot. It is my freakin' fault," I mutter under my breath. But of course, no one hears me.

"So is he- your friend, I mean, you haven't seen me in over fifty years. Forget me. It would be easy enough to get captured," I say, ready to surrender myself to avoid causing any more chaos.

And just as things are about to get even more heated, the door bursts open and in walks a woman. A woman with blond hair and a black business suit.

Stark and Rodgers immediately lower their weapons. I can't help but notice that they're both scared of her. She has a scary aura, I can't blame them.

***TIME SKIP***

Turns out the woman's name is Pepper Potts, and she's a total badass. Seriously, I'm not exaggerating. I don't know why men in the '40s think they're better than women. I could list at least fifty women from that time who were just as scary as Pepper.

Anyway, she gives both Stark and Rodgers a piece of her mind. Apparently, they're dating, which is just great. A powerful superhero and a scary lady? The world's gonna end, I swear.

After she's done scolding them, she turns to me and says, "My idiotic husband may be a genius, but he does not have common sense. I apologize on his behalf."

I don't know how to respond, so I just nod and apologize to Stark for killing his parents.

And now, here we are, all crammed into a car on our way to the Avengers tower. I'm just trying to find a seat where I won't get glared at, and hoping that this whole mess will be over soon.

Uh, is it RODGERS or is it ROGERS?
