(Mina) If it were a person

If heart ache is a person, it'd have Mina by her neck by now, fingers wrapped undoubtedly tight, one that'd surely strain off her oxygen and leave her dark marks against her skin. Her arms would be both hanged high up on ropes around her wrist. It'd feel blue and numb.

Keia thinks, if heartache is a person, it'd have her mouth on a gag and eyes blindfolded. It'd slap her on the cheeks countless of times with growing agression and hit her on her stomach with its fists and legs. And probably, a baseball bat too—or literally anything hard and painful.

But it'd make sure everything it did and will do won't kill Keia, but rather, keep her awake and aware of every feeling it'd send her.

Kicks, and punches, and slaps wouldn't be enough, Keia guesses, so if heart ache is a person, it'd have its blade out and have it slit  through  her skin, long and daunting. It'd pour a propyl alcohol along her open wounds, cold and stingy. It'd make her scream in agony and it'd make sure for it to happen in actuality.

If heart ache is a person, it wouldn't be the typical one, Keia thinks. And now, as she sits with her thoughts, she isn't really entirely certain if she'd have it be in any other forms or just let it keep gnawing her insides into scars.
