Chapter 4 : Christmas Is Coming.

I was woken up by my loud alarm. Damn. I forgot to lower the sound yesterday.. Anyways. That reminded me that it was another day. I sat up on my bed to check my phone. I saw a message from Naomi on my phone. The time reads ; 2:50 AM. Why would she text me that late? I mean.. I'm usually asleep at that time. Eh. The message reads ; "𝘏𝘪𝘪 𝘉𝘪𝘨 𝘉𝘳𝘰! I'll clean up the house a little bit. It's not that messy, but I feel like I still need to. I also need to feed Jellie..

I went downstairs to see Jellie still asleep. I don't want to bother her, it's a pain when your cat wakes up. Cats are a pain but we still love them. (relatable?!??!) I went to the kitchen to make myself some breakfast, or rather cereal. I'm not feeling that good, and I'm kinda lazy rn. I poured the milk AFTER (yall needed to know that 🙄) the cereal. I see you people wanting to know how I make my cereal. Anyways. I sat down at the counter eating my cereal whilst scrolling through TikTok, until I heard my phone buzz. It was a message from Naomi.

Ah. She'll be here for 2-3 weeks. That's completely fine with me.. Xisuma really wants us to have a great time for Christmas, huh. Well. I guess I better get ready for tomorrow.

I stomped downstairs to open the door. I saw.. Scar?

"H-hi Grian.." Scar said, stuttering. Huh. Weird. I barely hear him stutter.

"Hi.. So erm. What do you need?" I asked Scar, rubbing my eyes. I mean, I just woke up yk.

"Oh sorry. Come in."

Scar came in and asked me to sit down beside him. I'm getting butterflies now, even though I'm half awake.

"I have something to tell you.." Scar said, holding my arms. I.. I'm red now. I'm 1000% sure that I look like a tomato rn.

"I-I like you, Grian." Scar said, blushing.

"..I..like you too, S-scar." I said, stuttering.

"H-huh? Oh. It was just a dream.." I said. I'm kinda upset it was just a dream.. I-I think I have enough courage now. I think...

I get up, went to the bathroom to look my best. Today might or might not be the day.. So, I'm getting ready incase it is. I've been crushing on Scar ever since we met at season 6. I know, it might seem like I'm obsessed with him, but, i don't think it's "just a crush" anymore. But people with gf/bf know how hard it is to confess/ask them on a date. I hope you understand. I'm not a yandere.. I need to give myself some more time.

Maybe a few more weeks? I don't know.. I'll see.

"She's here.." I said to myself.

I went to the door to be greeted by Naomi, who hugged me immediately.

"BIG BROTHER!!" She yelled. I know she's happy to see me, but still. She's as loud as ever.. I like it though. I felt loved..

"Hii!! How are you Mimi!" I asked.

"I'm doing fine!! Where's Jellie?!?? :D" She asked.

"Oh, she's upstairs right now. You can put your stuff in the Guest Bedroom or-" I answered to be cut off by Naomi. She ran upstairs with her stuff going into my room. Heh. She's probably excited to see that cat. She loves Jellie as much as I do.

I went into my bedroom to see a sight I thought I'd never see. Jellie being hugged and petted by Naomi. I've never seen Naomi this happy before.. I like it. I loved her, and she loved me. I like seeing her happy. It made me happy too. Probably not enough to fill in the empty side in my heart, but I still like it.

"Happy to see Jellie, huh?" I said.

"I thought you were happy to see me.."

"NO NO- Of course I'm happy to see you.. It's just- SHE'S SO CUTE!! THE RIBBON AND EVERYTHINGGG" She exclaimed, enthusiastically.

I smiled. "Heh. I knew you'd like the ribbon.."

"You know me too well, Scar." She said. She got up and went to hug me again. The warm, fuzzy feeling of her hugging me..

"'Course I know you! I'm your big brother after all.." I said.

"I took care of you.."
