Li Ming was on the metro, in Heart's clothes, and was a blushing mess. He tried to bury his burning cheeks as much as possible into the collar of the sweatshirt he was wearing, while avoiding his own eyes from the dark windows of the car. How did he even end up like this?

After that... incredible... kiss they shared last night, they got up like nothing happened, cooked dinner, and ate. They chatted about different things but avoided mentioning that heated scene altogether. It started turning into this big, fat, pink elephant in the room after one point. They danced around the topic but never touched it. Then, Heart sat on the floor with his laptop and worked on his report on the coffee table while Li Ming lay down on the sofa and watched some YouTube videos on his phone. They pretty much got ready and went to bed after that. It was a rather uneventful evening.

But it was a different story in the morning.

Li Ming woke up to a movement beside him, and when he opened his eyes, he was met with Heart's face right in front of him, with not even a few centimeters between them. Heart was awake, nuzzling his face closer to Li Ming. Li Ming's numb brain tried to understand what was going on, but before he could come up with any logical thoughts, Heart saw his eyes were open.

He didn't give a reaction or say anything, he just leaned closer and brushed his lips to Li Ming's.

Once, twice and they were full-on kissing again. They were lying there face to face, not even moving any other part of their bodies but it was the most sensual thing Li Ming had ever felt in his life. Lips and tongues were spinning around each other as Heart's softness, his smell, and his warmness engulfed all of Li Ming's senses, turning him into a mush even before he was able to wake up fully. They delved deeper into each other and it made Li Ming so dizzy, he had to reach up and hold onto Heart's shoulder for support. He pulled his friend even closer until there wasn't any space for air to flow between them.

Heart's hand sneaked around his waist, traveled down, and dipped in from the entrance Li Ming's ridden-up t-shirt made. He held onto the bare skin there, squeezing it between his fingers with so much want, that Li Ming couldn't help but release a whimpering noise into his mouth. Heart couldn't hear it, of course, but he felt the vibrations of it; because as soon as the sound left Li Ming, Heart was biting into both of his lips, trying to get a piece of him. Nibbling on them like he couldn't get enough of the boy between his arms.

Li Ming felt like he was still asleep, he felt like he was having the most beautiful wet dream possible for a human brain to come up with. He felt like he wasn't even on the earth, let alone on a bed. He was floating in the air, elevating, slowly reaching the highest of the highs. There was a ringing in his ears, a banging in his chest, and a sensation crawling all over his body. He felt so restless but strangely comfortable at the same time.

He was already overstimulated with just a morning kiss, he felt like he had no energy to go on with his day anymore.

Their hungry liplock went on and on until Heart suddenly pulled away. He looked at Li Ming with a shy expression, face red, eyelashes fanning his cheekbones nonstop. He was biting his own bottom lip like he wasn't the one who attacked sleeping Li Ming with a mindblowing kiss.

He quickly signed "I have a class in an hour," and stole another peck from Li Ming's still tingling lips before skipping to the bathroom, not even waiting for a response.

Not that Li Ming was functioning enough to be able to answer him. He watched Heart disappearing around the door before turning onto his back and releasing a deep sigh. What was that? What was any of this? How could that be a kiss? If that was a kiss, what were the kisses Li Ming had before this? It was something else. It was a turning point, a plot twist, an illumination.
