"Hey De?" Hayley calls from the backseat slowly waking up from her nap. "What?" He grumbles sounding annoyed. "I don't feel well." She admits wrapping an arm around her sore stomach. "What do you expect me to do Hayley? You are sixteen. Stop bitching for once in your life." Dean scoffs turning up the music. "Can you please turn it down. My head hurts." She whispers voice soft. Dean scoffs only turning it up more which pissed off Sam. "Can we go ten minutes with out you two going at. Dean, leave the music alone please. Hayley, stop complaining and shut your mouth." Sam says sternly. "Ok." She whispers upset her brothers were acting like this. She curls up in her sweatshirt, she was freezing. After ten minutes her teeth were chattering. She had a raging fever burning through her. "Can you please turn the heat on?" Hayley whispers cautiously. "Jesus fucking Christ. I'm not doing this all day." Dean says slamming on his breaks and flipping a bitch. "Where are we going?" Sam complains. "A motel. I saw one a mile back. I'm not dealing with drama queen all right." He say's referring to his sister who was struggling to keep her insides off of Deans seats. "Stay here." He grumbles pulling into the motel. "He said to stay here." Sam scoffs as Hayley opens the door. It had been a very long 48 hours. A back to back hunt. The first one with a demon and the second one with a ghost. They had arrived ten minutes too late a young girl had gotten killed. All the Winchesters were in a terrible mood due to being tired, hungry, and feeling guilty. Hayley ignores her brother. She could feel stomach acid working it's way up and any minute she was going to be sick and she knew Dean would be livid if she threw up in the Impala. She sits against the back tire and rests her head in her hands. Dean immediately spots his sister in the cold dark parking lot sitting by himself on the way back. "Jesus Christ Hayley. Are you trying to get killed? Get up." He barks opening the trunk. Sam gets out and grabs his own bag. Hayley struggles to get up. Her legs were weak and her head pounding. Dean noticed his sisters struggles and grabbed her bag as well. "You alright?" He said making Sam also look to their youngest sister. "Now you care?" Hayley mumbled rolling her eyes. It was a bad choice, yet she was pissed at her brothers for how they acted in the car. She tried going to them for help and they yelled at her. "I'm not doing this." Dean mutters walking inside. Sam follows him but pauses seeing Hayley not moving. "Are you coming?" She shakes her head. "Why not?" Sam questions. "I think I'm going to throw up." She whispers. Sam couldn't hear her considering he was halfway across the parking lot. "Hayley get inside. It's cold and dark out." Sam said sternly. Yes they could be assholes at times but they were older brothers it's their birth rite. Of course they cared. She walked inside the small motel room and glanced at the bathroom. She heard the shower running. Of course Sam was in the shower. She was so nauseous. She sat on the edge of the couch. Her brothers would always offer to take turns sleeping on the couch so she get sleep in a bed for once but she always turned it down. She was much smaller and she found sleeping on the couch uncomfortable so she couldn't imagine how her brothers would feel. "Hey what's your problem?" Dean questions dropping her duffel bag down on the edge of the couch. "Nothing." She whispers. "You expect me to believe that?" Dean questions sitting beside her. He felt guilty for snapping on her earlier. Hayley opened her mouth to speak but no words would come out. Instead she threw up all over her lap and the couch she had to sleep on. Dean grabbed a bowl and held it out in front of her. "It's alright. Get everything up." Dean soothes collecting as much of her blonde hair as he could with his free hand. "I'm sorry." She choked out in-between heaves. "Don't apologize. Not for this. Just focus on one thing at a time." Dean mutters as watery bile splashes into the bucket. Dean loved being an older brother but the amount of times he had been puked on or holding the bowl for one of his siblings while they heave their guts up was torture. "Oh shit. You alright Hayls?" Sam questions coming out of the bathroom and immediately smelling the vomit soaking into the couch. "Peachy." She choked out once she finished vomiting. Both brothers took a minute to chuckle at their sisters sarcasm in this situation. "Are you done?" Dean questions. "Mhm." Hayley mutters leaning her head against Deans chest. She was exhausted and her heart was pounding in her chest. "Here. Take that." Dean says passing the vomit bowl to Sam. "Gross." He mutters taking it and walking to the bathroom to dump it and rinse it. "You alright?" Dean questioned. "I think so." She mutters eyes fluttering closed. "Don't get too comfy. You're covered in puke. You need to get rinsed off." Dean says picking her up. If she stood up all the vomit would go all over so picking her up was easiest. "I'm not a baby." She protested. "I'm well aware." Dean mutters. "Are you mad at me?" She questions making both brothers pause. "Why?" Sam said while rinsing out the bowl. "In the car. You were both yelling at me." Dean set her down in the tub before answering. "I shouldn't have acted how I did. We are all tired and upset after that last hunt.... I took it out on you. I'm sorry." Hayley nodded a little. "Ok I'm gonna get cleaned up." She whispers. "Alright. I'll grab you clothes. While Hayley was showering Dean set some pajamas down on the sink.
"You can sleep with me Hayls." Sam says giving her a small smile. "Thanks Sammy." She says happily snuggling next to her big brother.
