"Ray, calm down," Valen said.

"Duke Romenza, you really think that is possible when this bastard just insulted the Gruz Duchy and our honor," Wilhelm said as mana surrounded his body as well.

"Brother Wilhelm," Mikail said.

Krenn appeared from behind the priest and stood at his side. She looked at Mikail. Mikail felt shocked. Krenn blushed as she stared into his red orbs.
"Pretty, his eyes are so pretty," she thought.
"There she is, the Saintess, the female lead," Mikail thought.
Mikail looked at the priest as he let out a deep breath.

"After all, the blood that fills the Gruz duchy is tainted; maybe we should exorcise the demons that occupy our land," the priest stated.

Mikail's expression darkened at Joder's words.

"I find it hard to believe that the head priest of the Vatican would stoop to such baseless discrimination, especially against a noble," he retorted, his mana surging around him.

Suddenly, Mikail emanated a wave of intimidation, causing even the confident Joder to falter. Mikail's eyes, now golden, bore into Joder with an intensity that sent a chill down the priest's spine.

"If you dare lay a finger on anyone I care about, I will not hesitate to bring the Vatican to its knees," Mikail proclaimed, his voice echoing with authority.

Mikail took a step closer, directing his mana towards Joder. The head priest staggered back, dropping to his knees involuntarily. The blonde-haired paladin moved protectively before Joder, ready to defend him if needed.

"I apologize. I... I forgot myself," Mikail said, his tone slightly softer but no less firm.  His eyes looked cold as he stared at the priest. "But remember this, head priest. Abuse your authority, and the heavens themselves will hold you accountable."

"That's a five-year-old child, that child's divine affinity; there is no way you have more divine energy than our Saintess candidate and me combined," Joder shouted.
"I want to speak to the goddess of worlds. They do not know I'm the son of a goddess. You are the head priest. If you abuse your authority, I will make sure the heavens punish you," Mikail said, transferring the message to the priest through a magic connection.
"With this type of character the only thing I can do is be direct otherwise he'll attempt to wipe out my entire family, he hate Mikail in the original story and wanted him dead," he thought.
Joder looked frightened and he bowed to them. .

"Forgive my rudeness, Young Master Mikail. My name is Joder Ves Hautner. I am the grand priest of the Gaia Vatican. Although I worship all of the gods, there are many Vaticans for our gods. Thank you for saving our lives."

"What a terrifying kid," Valen thought.

Krenn walked over to Mikail. She looked down at him. Krenn was three years older than Mikail. Her blonde hair glistened as she fastened it behind her ear. She smiled as she copied the priest's bow.
"Thank you for saving us; my name Is Krenn Alouis Hautner; nice to meet you," she said with a smile.
"That's the female lead for you, exceptionally bright and beautiful. Her golden eyes and hair represent purity to the Vatican, although there are those who want to use her for her abilities," Mikail thought.
The paladin also bowed.
"My name Is Luca Saleem; nice to meet you; as the leader of this squadron of knights, I appreciate your aid," he said.
"Luca, as in the greatest holy knight in the empire. His power increases drastically after failing to protect Krenn," Mikail thought.
"My name is Ray Gruz, and these are my brothers Mikail and Wilhelm Gruz. We're a part of the Gruz family. My brother Mikail was summoned for baptism, not to be discriminated against, your Holiness," Ray said with a glare.
"Ahem," the priest had cleared his throat before continuing.
"I apologize once more your highnesses, I will not do such a thing again, for a child from the Gruz familia to possess divine magic it would be dishonorable to exhibit discrimination to your family. I apologize once again," he said before kneeling.
"Your holiness," Luca said before he bowed along with him.
Krenn kneeled alongside them, as did the other knights.
"That child's a monster, but his divinity outranks me. Is he a demigod or god's apostle? In any case, I must avoid angering such a child; he might destroy what I have built from my position," he thought.
Mikail's mana aura disappeared as his red eyes appeared once again. His long white hair worn in a low ponytail blew in the wind.
"The discrimination against the Gruz Family is terrible in this world. The main thing is because in the book the Gruz family is responsible for destruction of property, slaughter of the enemies of the empire, and carnage through multiple demon attacks. Because the Gruz family always have Red eyes, their seen as devil worshipers or demons themselves by the church, meaning it's only right that they should be corrected for judging based on looks," Mikail thought.
"Listen, I'm only coming for baptism. I heard during a baptism; you can receive a holy artifact. I want a holy artifact for the trouble you gave us," he said as he crossed his arms.
"Young Mikail, if you can summon one through your baptism, you're allowed to take anything that comes to your hand, I promise,"  Joder said while bowing his head.
"The main reason I'm here is a holy sword called the Divine sword, also known as the  Holy Grail. Only so many can weld it, and only so many it will appear for. It was created by the god of war to represent pure judgment and unwavering faith in the act of war; unfortunately, in the future, the god of calamity, Calamore, steals it and recreates it into his most powerful offensive weapon. It begins the downfall of this world, and originally, Mikail, or my soulless body, aided him in his conquest. Due to the God of Calamity being a divine being, it can grab any artifact or divine weapon created by other gods," Mikail thought.
"That's fine with me."
After arriving at the Vatican...
Noril woke up and looked around. He was still in the carriage. His red eyes widened in shock as he looked outside.
"Eh, when did? How did this happen," he thought.
He soon remembered Mikail put him to sleep.
"I understand he's worried, but did he have to put me to sleep like that? Although, I do feel a lot better," He thought.
Mikail looked towards him.  He looked afraid that he was about to be scolded.
"Sorry, Dad. I was worried about you," he said.
"It's fine, and I don't mind if you put me to sleep."
"I can't say anything to him; he was only worried about me," Noril thought while internally crying, feeling proud.
"Dad."
"So we're here. Did anything happen?"
"Well, you see."
After Mikail explained what happened, his father looked shocked.
"To think that they were being attacked as we were arriving. Those worshipers, were they killed?"
"No, the knights took them away to interrogate them."
" But there's a chance that it won't work. Would an organization such as them allow themselves to be captured and tortured out of information? There's a possibility of them killing themselves before that happens," Mikail thought.
They exited the carriage, and Ray was standing outside with Wilhelm. Valen smiled as he saw Noril.
"Had a nice sleep, Noril," Valen asked.
"Quiet Valen," Noril said.
"My main objective is to get that sword," he thought.
