*********

It has been a rough week for Andy. It is Friday. Days is shorter because of the normal Friday conditions. Andy prepares to go to school and takes a bus to RC. He gets to school and enters the premises and sees Alicia. He waves. She walks away. That is not a good sign. He was right, Alicia is upset with him.

He tries to go to her because she was with her friends, but he does not have the guts to do it. No liver of confidence like the natives say. So, he decides to let go of the thought but not forgetting about what had happened three days ago when he dropped dead on everyone. He was the talk of the school for a while now.

The dean made sure that Andy gets the most care and protection from the schools facilities and stuff. Mr Maseko would often give Andy timeouts when he saw that Ansy is not partaking. Miss Yaphi the Physical Education trainer gave Andy longer breaks and shorter runs to make sure that his blood pressure is not too high. Prof Mamokgethi did not do much because she was already calm towards Andy. She did not ask a lot of questions, but she was still excellent.

This is what everyone loved about this school. They put the students first. Just like how the two victims of pranks were at once transferred to another institution. Thus, it is one of the best in the country.

The clock struck lunch time and it was a fast food-ish menu because there were chicken nuggets that could be from McDonalds. Fries from KFC because they looked dry as dust. Its like you are eating cardboard. No offence to KFC though. There were some salads from Burger King, Steers and many more. It was a feast. The food was amazing. It looked amazing. The guys git the same meal. Talk about friendship goals. They had nuggets, pap, coleslaw and some fries. A usual delicacy in South Africa. We are that diverse with food.

"This is nice, I see why my dad complains when he says that he paid a lot for you to go to school. You should not be on your phone the whole day. You know, parents stuff." Andy said.

Kayla laughs. "HA ha, thats really what my mom says to me when he sees me watching the real housewives of Johannesburg."

Mike interjects. "That is true. Our parents just want us to be better than them so that we dont have to hustle our butt off the way they did. They are trying to teach us that school is the foundation to anything that we want to achieve."

Kayla replies. "Oh, look at you Mr philosopher. The 70s called they want their freedom fighter back."

Everyone on the table laughs hard until their stomachs hurt. Talk about laughing out loud.

They continue eating, as the conversation still began. Someone i9n the backgrounds of the cafeteria shouts "FOOOOOD FIIIGHT!". At this point, it was all they never thought would happen. Their lives flashed right before their eyes and it all happened so fast but in slow motion. The ability of the brain to slow things down to remember traumatic experiences. Food started flying around like swallows catching some air.

The food struck people like sinister birds capturing their prey. It was a bloodbath and massacre of food. Everyone got at least their shirts covered with something. It be drinks, smoothies and the food.

Fortunately for Andy, Mike and Kayla, they were outside the cafeteria. So the action movie happened inside the cafeteria. It had the seniors written all over it. They were the trouble makers after all right? They decided to head to the doors of the cafeteria, and it was a mess.

"What is happening?" Kayla shouts but her voice but her voice is overcome by many other voices. It was a chorus of distress, fun and excitement.

"Watch out!"
