ACTOR ! ISAGI X FAN ! M!READER
ISAGI , a famous actor known for his amazing works such as playing the lead role in the movie blue lock. needless to say, he has many fans, but none of them could compare to you. yes, you were his biggest fan. you admired his work, and it was your dream to become an actor. sadly, due to family business, you couldn't accomplish your dream.
in the upcoming film, full of love , isagi had to play the role of hikaru, the protagonist. in full of love, hikaru had dreamed of getting a lover. day and night, he would practice love confessions, despite not having a current crush. he didnt know if he was just desperate for affection, or just fantasy delusional, but he yearned for the love and warmth he saw with couples on the streets.
hikaru's one goal was to get a lover, and it was almost impossible. he tries not to be, but he's extremely picky when it comes to love. hikaru thinks that the concept of love is valuable, and must be cherished.
there are already plenty of actors willing to play the background characters, but there was one spot empty. the love interest. whats a love story without a love interest ? the director of the film, ego jinpachi , is struggling to find someone to fill in that role.
" director , why cant we just hire one of isagi's fans to play the role ? " bachira, the camera man, asked. ego shook his head. " no, not only would they be a nuisance, but they would do more swooning than acting. " he said, massaging his temples.
isagi was sitting in one of the wooden chairs, while sae fixed his makeup, which really only consisted of powder, foundation, and concealer.
" hold still. " sae grunted, trying to keep the actors head still. to be honest, isagi was nervous. this was his first time in a love film. should he be loving and affectionate ? even if its someone he doesnt know ? questions piled up in his head like a stack of unwanted homework.
as the boy tried to figure out what to do, ego came up to a conclusion. " we should host an interview, the fan who seems more fit to be in the role will act as the love interest. " ego came up with that conclusion.
" isnt that what i just said.. " bachira mumbled. chigiri patted his back in hope to cheer him up.

a whole line of people, assumably isagi's fans, were lined up outside the designated building for the interview. you just happen to be in the line as well. not because you planned to, but because you were dragged in by a group of fangirls.
sighing, you just decided to stay in line. after all, it wouldn't hurt to see your favorite actor.

after waiting for like an hour, it was your turn. you sat down on the chair and waited for isagi to start.
the famous actor was not paying attention, however, because he was reviewing the answers from the previous fans.
" sorry for the wait, lets- " as isagi put down his papers, he was met with your stunning face. out of shock, he dropped the papers he was about to put down, causing them to fall on the floor.
you picked them up for him and set them neatly on the desk. isagi, who zoned out and entered space for a while, came back to his senses.
" i- uhm. " his face was flushed and kept on stuttering. isagi cleared his throat, and continued on with the interview.
" so... why did you want to sign up for this role ? " he asked, face returning to normal. you thought for a moment. you couldn't just say you were forced, so you thought of a reason.
" it was my dream to be an actor, and when i saw your films for the first time, i immediately started taking a liking to your acting skills. " you said, smiling. isagi wrote down your answer, which really stood out to him.
" good answer, next. do you have any experience with acting ? "
" does talking in the shower, pretending to act out a scenario that you made in your head count ? " you asked, head tilted to the side. isagi chuckled. " sure. i'll take that. " he wrote down ' yes ' for the second question.
" last question, are you comfortable with being the role of, ahem , my lover for this film ? " isagi blushed at the question. for some reason, he had trouble saying that to you and you only. in a good way.
" of course, i wouldn't mind it if it were you. " you winked. isagi went wide eyed, and his face looked as red as a tomato. he hid his face in his clipboard.
' gah ! why is my face so hot ?? ' he thought. some " other " thoughts drifted into his mind. not only were you attractive, but you were also flirty and funny. isagi thought you would make a great husband.
" a-alright. you may leave, i have your answers right here. " isagi gestured towards his clipboard. you waved and left.
the actor slumped back into his chair. he thought about your interaction just now. just the thought of acting together with you caused his heart to do a summersault.
the next day, the results were posted. the person who would act the role of the love interest, was none other than y/n l/n.
you stared shocked at the screen. no way it was you...

" ready to start acting, y/n ? " isagi asked. you nodded.
" ah hikaru ( isagi ) ! what did you want to see me for ? " yuuto ( y/n )asked. isagi cleared his throat, and offered you a bouquet of [ flowers ]. you gasped, and took the flowers thankfully.
" yuuto ( y/n ), i've been in love with you ever since i met you. you make my heart light up with joy. i- ive been wanting to tell you this, for a long time now. yuuto ( y/n ) , will you be my boyfriend ? "
smiling with glee, you responded, " yes ! yes i will. i too, love you so dearly , hikaru ( isagi ) . " isagi held you close by your waist. he leaned in and connected his lips with yours. it was like nothing else mattered in the moment. just you and him.
even though it was an act, it felt genuine. the feelings, the confession, the kiss. it all seemed real.
" and cut ! great job you too. " ego said. isagi pulled away as you did the same. his face was flushed, yet again.
" i know we're acting, but my confession was all genuine. will you be my boyfriend, for real this time ? " isagi whispered into your ear. shocked, and happy, you accepted.
