Chapter 45

Ukraine pov.

As Canada and I were doing tasks, I noticed him looking around somewhat frantically.

"Is everything alright Canada?" I asked him.

"Huh? Oh yea, everything is fine, I just really need to go, and I don't really feel comfortable doing that while your here Rain." The Canadian replied, I nodded and walked off to do my next task. I finished my task and walked back to find Canada dead where I had left him. I quickly reported his body and the meeting was quickly under way.

"What happened Uki?" Russia asked.

"I left Canada alone for a few minutes so he could use the bathroom and when I went back to check on him he was dead." I replied, panic lacing my voice.

"It's ok Rain, just keep a look out alright?" Confederate told me. I nodded and we skipped the vote due to lack of evidence. Once the meeting was adjourned we went our separate ways and I joined Confederate and Australia's pair until something else happened. We eventually completed our tasks and decided to split up and look around for things to do. I walked around to see if I could find anyone else but the lights went out and o2 started to drop, I could hear people running around to fix it, and then I felt blood running down my back.

"Sorry Ukraine." Belarus told me. My vision went black and I waited for the level to end.

New Zealand pov.

The lights were out and I couldn't find Bela anywhere, until they came back on.

"Sorry I disappeared Zealand, I thought you were right behind me." She told me.

"It's fine Bel, let's just finish our tasks yea?" I asked her, she nodded and we continued doing tasks. Until someone called a meeting.

"Wait where's Ukraine?" I asked.

"She was with me and Australia, but we split up after we had finished our tasks." Confederate told us.

"I can confirm that." My twin spoke up. 'Ok, this game just got a lot harder.' I thought to myself, now being wary of everyone. I looked at Ame and Russia and saw them whispering to each other, probably coming up with a game plan which have so far been fool proof.

"Everyone stay in a group, they like to attack when we're alone. Stay together, and have each other's back." Ame told us, we all agreed and we were given the option to vote and I saw them pick someone, and then started to whisper again. Everyone watched them amused and slightly terrified. Everyone figured out who they had voted for and chose the same person, and Mexico was voted off this time, getting her role correct. How they knew was amazing, but also terrifying. If those two ever get that role we are all fucked. Once the meeting was adjourned we stayed on groups and started finishing the last of the tasks when Bel and Poland said they were going to do a task a ways back near the lab, Germany and I agreed and continued walking to admin to finish my last task. Once we got there Ame greeted us and continued to watch the cams over Russia's shoulder. Germany shrugged and watched me complete my task. We left the room without a word as we noticed Ame and Russia planning something. Once we had made it back to where we split up with Bel and Poland. Bel came up to us saying the Poland was doing a task on the otherside of the game map, we believed him and continued to walk around doing tasks until the lights went out again. After a few minutes of walking around blindly the lights came back on and Bel found me, and I noticed that Germany wasn't with him.

"He went to join Poland, come on I still have one more task to do in the storage area." He told me, I nodded and followed him there, so he could do his task. A meeting was called after he had completed his task.

"Alright, question to the two on cams, what the hell mates?" Australia asked them.

"We finished early and we sit in admin, is that an issue?" Russia asked.

"No you're good, what kind of insane but accurate plan do you have for us this time?" Confederate asked.

"Wait for the vote." Ame told us. We complied and the vote holograms appeared, we watched them vote then mimicked their actions. We'd all voted for Bel, and got it correct once more. The level ended and the players that died and got voted off came back to join us for dinner. I watched Ame and Russia sit at the back table to eat, and Russia flirt with my American brother. Watching his reactions to Russia flirting was funny, his face was blasted with pink hues, and he couldn't form a proper sentence. Pretty soon the whole group was watching their exchange, waiting for one of them to make a move to make the other shut up. We watched as Russia got up and sit in front of Ame and pull him into a kiss, making Ame even more flustered and effectively getting him to shut up. They finished dinner and snuck off for a few moments, probably to get some form of privacy from our prying eyes. We didn't blame them, in fact I think most of us would've done the same thing. After a while we went to bed, Ame and Russia joining us after a few minutes, climbing into the same bed and sleeping for the night.

Russia pov.

After me and Ame snuck away from the group we continued to make out for a few minutes before we decided to head to bed for the night, we got in bed and I made sure Ame was asleep before I kissed the top of his head, and pulling him closer to me. I fell asleep not long after. Anytime I'd feel Ame start to shake I'd absent-mindedly play with his hair and pull him closer to me, and he'd relax into my hold.

~morning~

I woke up this morning with Ame on my chest, and I could tell he was awake, and that he didn't want to get up just yet.

"Meric, I know you're awake, come on let's go eat breakfast and wait for everyone else." I told him gently.

"Ok, ok, let's go." He replied softly, getting off from on top of me. Once we were both out of bed we went to the cafeteria and got our breakfast. After we finished we headed back to admin to watch the cams and wait for everyone else to wake up. We went back to the cafeteria after a while and the others were up. We talked amongst the group as they ate and we waited for our roles to show up. Once they came in, I noticed that Ame wasn't here and neither was France. Everyone but Britain and myself have left the cafeteria.

"What just happened?" I asked Britain.

"I don't know Russia I'm just as confused as you are, but we really should get moving and get out tasks done." He told me and I nodded in response not really wanting to converse with him anymore.
