Fifty years had passed since the tragic incident befell Equilibrium and left the realms in disarray. In the crystal dimension, where the realms of glory resided, instability had taken hold, and the very essence of existence swayed on the edge of surrender. Without a ruler in the realm of balance, its inevitable downfall was on the brink.
Haunted by guilt and remorse for not heeding the warnings of the banished seer fifty years prior, the elders desperately called upon her for assistance. They acknowledged their wrongdoing and sought her forgiveness, recognizing the purity of her heart and wisdom. With a heavy heart, the seer accepted their plea for help, withholding any judgment for their past mistakes.
The gods, too, were burdened by the absence of a ruler in the realm of balance and considered appointing another god to take Equilibrium's place. However, the seer cautioned against this course of action, explaining that it would only accelerate the dire situation. She revealed a profound truth: only a descendant of Equilibrium possessed the inherent ability to rule the realm of balance.
Not long ago after Hiatus left to pursue his career, the seer was out passing in front of the hut when a purple light drew her attention. It was dancing through the doors which seemed to invite her. She went through to see the sphere of destiny gleaming with hope. She approached to see what it portrayed. Amidst the depths of secrets showed an old man dangling on a filled of assumption. He was a pathetic peasant, who dedicated his life to the service to poverty. He had a wife and a son who he lusted to keep them alive. He was the son of Equilibrium but put his past behind him after his father lost to the hands of oblivion.
The gods were skeptical, questioning how a half-human, half-god son of Equilibrium could possibly govern the realm effectively. They were unsure of his mortality but the seer assured them that appointing another deity would only further disrupt the delicate equilibrium and amplify the chaos. The son of Equilibrium was destined to step into his father's shoes, regardless of his mortality. And so, after fifty long years, the chosen son of Equilibrium, now advanced in age, received the summons from the elders.
