Chapter 9

"And finally that's box number 6" Nobu said as we were packing his car full of boxes.

"Your car is so crappy, Nobu. Your parents are rich enough to get you a badass car!" I shouted.

"I don't need my parents!" He said with an angry grin.

"Okay, fine" I said going into his car that I had to pull really hard to open. We were on the road and had a GPS to the address Yasu gave me.

"Be careful and call me as soon as you get there" Yasu voice echoed in my head before I left to Nobu's.

"Yasu is just like your dad" Nobu says. What the heck? Was he in my head? I turned to him and smiled "Exactly, cause he is passed as one" I say.

"Huh?" Nobu looked dumbfounded as he was driving going a little off the road "Nobu! Pay attention!" I shouted as I helped him drive.

"I can't with you in here" he gave me a sexy face "Nobu not right now!" I say looking at the road and trying to get back in track.

He laughed and got back on the wheel "So please tell me what the whole family system with you, Yasu, and Ren. I still don't get it for some reason" he laughed.

I looked down and smiled "I might as well tell you huh?" I said. Nobu looked at me with his unknown smile "See? Still don't get it"

I laughed "When I was 14 years old, Ren found me in a crappy place and took me in. But to go to school you needed guardianship approval. My dad, didn't want me to go to school so instead Yasu was already 18 so he can adopt me, which I loved because his maturity. And just like that Yasu was known as my "father" and now my name is "Kusaki Takagi" crazy story but it gets crazier" I laugh.

Nobu looked at me seriously and waited. I sighed and smiled, I felt like a teenager telling someone about there crush but in this case, my brother "Somehow Ren, found out I was his sister through talk but then checked if it was true, and it said I was his sister, half sister, different fathers. Crazy huh?"

"WHA?! You mean to tell me you and Ren are siblings?!" Nobu freaked and wanted to jump but he was in a car.

"Yes but we can not tell Nana or anyone. As far as I know Ren and Yasu know, now you know but you can not tell anyone because it'll ruin Ren's career" I looked at him wth worried eyes.

Nobu looked at me and smiled back at the road "Yours and Ren's secret is kept, don't worry about it"

For a while it was a silent and joking around. We had to stop for food and laughed the night away also listening to Sex Pistols and BLAST.

"Hey Kusaki, why don't you have a boyfriend. We went to school together and you were so popular with everyone with your cute looks and you had a 4.0 average, and still no boyfriend"

"Wait.... We went to school with me?!" I said as I was eating my ramen noodles and slurped it in my mouth.

"Yeah and Nana too" he laughed. I looked at him clueless "Still no memory" I simply said.

"Come on, I was popular with the ladies" he pointed as himself.

"I guess not too popular" I looked away. Nobu's face dropped and looked away like a sad puppy "You don't? Not even Nana..... Well Nana was quiet..... but yeah, still no boyfriend" he laughed.

"I don't always go for that Nobu" I look at him "Not everyone wants a boyfriend love, I already have enough fatherly/brotherly love" I smile.

"Oh right.... How about me Kusaki? We've been here for a while and you still don't like me?"

I looked at him "Your not serious..... Right?" I say finishing my ramen. I put it in a plastic bag we used as trash.

"Pshhh, no not with all the other girls I had..... I didn't need you...." He looked like he was lying. I punched Nobu in the arm.

"One day buddy" I smile.

He looked at me with glaring eyes and smiled back "One day"
