Chapter 2, Day 2

Day 2
Today is Christmas Eve. It was odd as it was snowing but ice was nowhere to be seen. Charlie had the idea to go fishing but I couldn't fish - quite obviously. The bike ride was short as a lake was in the local park. The lake looked amazing with absolutely no one nearby and had an amazing view. I decided to go into the woods, the Wishing Star would pass in about an hour so I had to find a nice place.

The Wishing Star is a star everyone prays to, you think about the desired gift and a Delibird tries it's best to create it. They often work together to make stuff if they can't do it alone. A lot of my friends like these things that are trending called 'environments' where you can have a fish tank or a small canyon area to live in. They can range from 1X1 to 3X2 meters long and have resources. For me (litreally 10 centimetres tall) that is quite large. The thing about walking down a cobble path in woodlands is that you have a higher chance of being robbed. I kept close to the path but not exactly on it as anyone could pass by and attack me. I saw a group of Applin feasting on what seemed to be a dead Pokémon human body, I very much kept away from that. I found a small twig on a view where I could view them fishing, it was a nice spot. I made a nice small raft like all chill Pokémon do and started to head out onto the lake.

I used Ember to separate any Tynamo attempting to sink it. I suddenly saw Charlie attempting to reel up something, it very much looked like an aggressive Octillery. I quickly paddled over as Charlie reached out for the poke ball with the robot cat inside of it. Octillery charged up an attack but was swiftly stopped by the robot cat roaring which sent it retreating back into the place it came from. This robot cat was strong and that was undoubtable.

We headed back at 6:00 PM for dinner, I suddenly got a call from Ivan.
"So.. me and Dexter have found what seems to be something concerning." He said anxiously
I was like "sorry guys I gotta go over those Ivan's."
I went through the door and saw Ali sweating and typing heavily on his laptop.
Dexter said "it's him again, it seems like someone you know is an accomplice of the pop tarts-."
Danny suddenly busted through the door, ginger hair still there.
"Well well.. if it ain't y'all again." He said "I'll just use that laptop and.. it's definitely someone you know Lola."
"I do mean I think Murphy is-"
"It's about a 5% chance it's him. Many people you know are more likely from what I can gather."
Dexter said "Danny has had a lot of experience in this type of stuff, he knows about it."
"Yeah.." I sighed awkwardly from my singular sighting of this person I had on a call. I didn't even know the man!

"What's your Christmas wish Lola?" Said Dexter
"I wish for a habitat so I can study better."
"I think Ali is going to get that." He replied
Danny lived in the Pokémon world (like me) and he had high experience with human Pokémon. You could often find him in protests or on read it somewhere. Suddenly two Pokémon walked through the door, they introduced themselves as [REDACTED]. They'd recently became Pokémon and were looking to do detective work. Some jobs pay higher as Pokémon while some pay higher as human jobs.
"So.. what did you wish for?" I said
"Habitat." They both said
"Well I do mean.."
"Only thing I could think of because of the Tick Tock promotion."

You see, when you go onto Tick Tock, you get advertised to a TON. A ton of people are getting habitats this year and they look great. I'm personally getting a medium sized one so it fits perfectly. I decided to have a small discussion about how the pop tarts could return and left.
Charlie went up to as soon as I entered
"You know what happened?" Said Charlie
"Bout what?"
"It's the cat thing, it flies now."
I look out the window to see the robot cat's ears becoming wings, with Murphy seemingly riding it drunk. He suddenly crashed on the fence. I was on a call with him so I heard everything the police said once he crashed down.
"You are being arrested for drinking underage and a DOI-" Said the female police officer
"Nuh uh" He replied
"Yuh uh, now get in."
She tried to throw him in but he started to moonwalk away to avoid them. He eventually bumped into a fire hydrant and got arrested.
