In live, there is 3 main roles one could have not in a coven sense no, I mean in general, a leader, a person who leads others to greatness or demise, one who is a main person in a group the one who mainly everyone listens to and are the main one people go to for their problems and to get help and one who will speak out loudly and proudly for themselves and for others, and some perfer to be center of attention though beware not all leaders are good, some may be evil use your obedience, loyalty and kindness for granted using their power for wrong using it for their own gain and others and your demise , a observer, a person who stands and watches things happen around them occasionally stepping in whenever it includes them, the one who is heard less and dosnt speak out for themselves without some form of help, watching things in life pass them by, intervening when it gets to far or dangerous but normally is pushed to the side even if their trying to help, some perfer to not be in center of attention , a follower, a follower follows the other people not taking incitive for themselves doing things to please others normally getting nothing in return following whatever everyone else is doing, or doing anything for some main person even if it ends up hurting someone else or even themselves they will try to blend in with everyone else and some try not to be center of attention,
(may not be accurate I wrote that off of thinking and a bit in invisible davis scp s1 mc rp and some people can be a mix of them depending on day, situation and circumstances)

Luz was a observer in the human realm that then changed into a leader. (a great one at that according to the hexide squad.)
Gus was a follower changed into a follower with sass(/j) he was a follower leader mix his confidence mainly taking lead
Willow was a observer and mixed slightly into a follower but has freedom to be who she is
Hunter was/is a follower, he was mainly a follower for his uncle/belos that then changed into a observer and follower mix depending on day and who he's with
Amity was a follower for her parents, mainly her mother after her mother she was a follower for Luz but has more freedom to be herself
Vee, was a observer due to her situation in the demon realm which turned Into a leader observer mix in the human realm taking a step for herself but had help from camila(camilia?)
Camila is a leader, may be her mother instinct but she will help anyone who is worthy of helping
Alador is a follower due to odialia(?) after her it changed to a follower observer
