" It's nothing like that, Dad. We didn't get married with our choice ", Manik said, looking at his parents, not wanting his parents to misunderstand him and Riya.

" What do you mean??" Preeti asked him.

" As you know, me and Riya had gone to a village for some project", Manik said.

" Yes, we know this", Preeti said, nodding her head.

Manik told them that after solving project issues, they were about to come back last night. But their car was not starting and moreover there was no signal to call someone. So having no other option,they had to stay in the village.

They stayed in the house organised by the man, who was helping them in the project.

But they don't know how the village head and his man got to know that they are not married and staying in the same house. He comes to their house in the middle of the night and holds them hostage.

The villagers of that village were very orthodox and had backward thinking. They think it's a sin for an unmarried man and woman staying in the same house.

The village head forced them to get married. They had no choice except getting married because they were away from home and had no way to contact any of them.

Early in the morning, Manik somehow finds a landline and calls Adhiraj, informing him everything and asking him to come here to help them.

" Are you sure it's not a movie story?", Kabir asked in shock, hearing their story.

" Bhai, it's not a movie story", Manik said in disbelief hearing Kabir's question.

" Kabir", Nandini,his mother said, glaring at him.

" Mom…" Kabir said, pouting.

" You both should go and rest for sometime. We will discuss further things later", Dhruv said to everyone.

" Aastha, please take Riya to the guest room to rest", Kavya said to her daughter-in-law.

"Come with me", Aastha said to Riya, asking her to follow her.

Mira was just sitting there looking at Riya going with Aastha.

Dhruv asked  Abhimanyu, Preeti, Ranbir, Kavya, Nandini, Kartik and Adhiraj to come to his room to talk about what to do next.

Dhruv asked others to go to their room and rest for sometime.

Mira was in her room, pacing the room in stress.

She thought about sneaking into the guest room to talk with Riya.

She made her way towards the guest room when she saw a house help going towards the guest room with lunch.

She rushed towards the house help, before she could reach the guest room.

" This ??"Mira asked her about the lunch in her hand.

" Aastha ma'am asked me to send lunch to the guest room", the house help explained.

" You go, I will take it to the guest room", Mira said to her.

Mira took the lunch from her hand, asking her to go back and do some other work.

Mira entered the guest room and saw Riya sitting on the bed, crying.

" Riya", Mira said, placing the lunch on the table.

" Di", Riya said in a crying voice.

Mira went close to her and hugged her, comforting her.

" It's okay Riya…Everything will be fine. Please don't cry…", Mira said, wiping her tears.

" Di, I don't know how this happened. Suddenly those people entered the house and held us forcefully, asking us to marry or they would kill us. I got so scared. And then Manik sir called Adhiraj jiju. I was so shocked to see him in front of me. If I had known Manik sir's relation with Raghuvanshi family then I wouldn't have joined their office and all this wouldn't have happened", Riya said, crying.

" It's okay…everything will be fine soon ", Mira said, caressing her back.

Mira was feeling so much anger towards those village people for doing this to her sister and Manik. 

She was in pain, seeing her sister crying badly.

" You must be hungry. Let's eat something", Mira said to her and brought the lunch to her.

She makes her eat lunch with her own hands.

" Di, what will happen next?", Riya asked, holding her hand.

" For the Raghuvanshi family, marriage is a very important matter, they don't take relationships and rituals lightly. I am sure,they will want you both to give a chance to this relationship. But remember that, it's completely your decision whether you want to give this relationship a chance or not. Do as your heart says. If you don't want to remain in this relationship then no one can force you…no one means no one ", Mira said looking in her eyes.

" Do you know what will happen if I decide to give this relationship a chance?? I will become a part of this family and then what will happen to you and our plan of silently going back to Delhi next year?"Riya asked her.

" Don't think about all these things right now. If someone asks about your family,just say you have only Manav as your family. If your heart says, Manik is the one then don't hesitate due to my situation in this family, okay??"Mira said in a serious tone.

Riya nodded her head in yes, making Mira take a breath of relief.

She just wants to see Riya happy in her life, whether it's with Manik or away from him.

She doesn't want Riya to sacrifice her happiness just due to her complicated situation with Raghuvanshi family.

Mira asked her to take some rest without any worry and left her room silently.

On the other side,

Adhiraj along with his elders was sitting in his grandfather's room.

" What should we do next??", Preeti asked everyone present in the room.

" Marriage is not a joke and they have gotten married with all the rituals", Shweta said, looking at Dhruv,her husband.

" But we know nothing about that girl except her name", Ranbir said, thinking about something.

" But I think we should at least give her a chance instead of getting them divorce directly. It's easy for a man to get divorce in India but not for a girl. I don't want our family to become the reason for someone's suffering ", Abhimanyu said, thinking something.

" I agree with Abhimanyu beta. I think they should give this marriage a chance", Dhruv said.

" But what if she is not good for our Manik?What if she is a gold digger and opportunist like Tara??" Nandini questioned.

" Nandini has a point here. I am also worried about this. I don't want to see my son hurt", Preeti said to everyone.
