I know it's a late update but I have been busy with remixing music and baking so I haven't found enough time! Plus, we got some family drama going on so I can't use the laptop to make the cover! So sorry!

ON WITH THE STORYY..

------------------------------------------------------------------------

I thought long and hard about it. I'm pretty sure that this will be a great opportunity for dad and I but was I ready to move? Well, it's not like I will be leaving too many people behind. Well, besides my best friends and my cousins who I grew up with. I'm surely going to miss them, my life but maybe this is the chance I've been waiting for.. the chance for something bigger and better, something different! With all these thoughts, I rush out of my room and get to my dad's room. "YES" I say and his face lights up. From here, I knew I made the right decision, I made my dad happy.

'When do we leave? Where do we live? How 'bout school?' I ask

'Slow down there..'He says while laughing a bit. 'Sem-break, we leave.. the company will have a house for us there and as for your school, I guess we will have to leave in the middle of the school year and find you a BETTER school there!' He says.

I'm so excited for all of this considering I have a whole new life to look forward to in less than a week! I'm so freaking happy that I run to my room, grab my suitcases and start packing. I finish wrapping up everything at exactly mid-night. At this point, I still couldn't believe this is happening. It's so fast!

Same morning (considering I finished at mid-night and slept an hour later) I get up and get ready for school. I only had 6 days left here in the Philippines and I had to say my goodbyes to Kherstel, Rain and everybody else I was leaving behind. I knew that they would be surprised and sad but it's not like I would never see them again. I'm sure it would be different but we have Skype, Twitter and Facebook. We could always keep in touch.

I head to my classroom and call Kherstel while she was talking to some of our other classmates.

She comes to sit next to me. Kherstel knew me very well. She knew me to the very bits and sometimes I would think she is my long-lost twin.

"What's up?" she says.

"Kherstel, I have to tell you something important." She notices the seriousness in my voice and I could see her facial expressions change.

"What is it?" Kherstel states.

"I'm moving."I slowly mutter.

"You're moving!?? Wow! That's so great! The chance you've been waiting for is right in front of you!Moving to where?" Kherstel says with a quirky voice.

"To London..I leave before the week ends."I say.

I could see her facial expressions change from happiness to total sadness. "Wow! What a rush.."Kherstel states.

"I know, I know but I think this is the best thing to do. I could finally have a new life with nothing to hold me back. I can forget about all the crap that happened to me especially in this school. No more gossip..no more rumors." I say.

Kherstel nods her head as absorbing everything I just said. "Well, I'm happy for you. We could always keep in touch." She mutters. I give her a brief but comforting hug.

"We should hang at my last days here." I say.

"Sure! Hope it doesn't clash with my other hang-outs though." Kherstel states. I just give her a brief smile. Unlike me, Kherstel has the perfect social life. Everyone wants to be her friend and I'm lucky to have her as a best friend. Though she had all the reason to ditch me for her more popular friends, she never did. She was always so kind, patient and not to mention humble to the very ground. She always made me feel better because she understood me when everyone thought I was insane and she stood with me through thick and thin. For this, I love her to bits!
