I sometimes listen to music,
Music that reminds me of her.
It's like time traveling back to see her,
To see her smile.No-
Not that dull smile that I do,
A smile with teeth,
Her eyes bright and clear.
The stars in the night sky;
They had nothing on her.She's gone from earth.
I wish she was still here,
But it's just me here to take her place.
It all started when she cried so many tears
Her soul eroded and decayed.I wish she could've been treated better.
I wish that she survived it at least.
It isn't fair that she had to die;
She didn't deserve what she went through.I listen to music to remember her.
Even though,
Every passing,
I lose the heart to look in her eyes.
It hurts to remember her,
But I hold onto her.If she had to suffer,
At least
I could tell her she didn't deserve it.
At least
I could tell her that someone loves her;
I could tell her that I love her.
Because it's true.I love you,
And I'm sorry that I ever told you otherwise,
I didn't mean it when I said I hate you,
I hated what happened to you.
I'm sorry that I hurt you,
I didn't mean to.
I meant to protect you,
And I just didn't know how.
