Chapter 11 The start of a rivalry

A nice sunny morning at the great Hall everyone talking to one another until the one headmaster Albus Percival Albus Brian Dumbledore got everyone's attention except for Harry abaraxas, Druella,avery,walburga, Orion, and the one and only tom riddle  they didn't care as they only wanted to
Eat and talk but they're attention went up when Dumbledore said there will be a new student from the former school ilevermorny everyone whispered as they talk about this new "student" Tom and Harry looked back at each and one another making a sign that they don't like this as they didn't enjoy it much but when they called the boy in girls nose bled but for Gryffindor,s case they thought he looked bad  as McGonagall took the sorting hat and placed it on the boys head the sorting hat immediately knew it's decision as it screamed
                     "GRYFFINDOR"
The Gryffindor s let out a sad sigh as they didn't like this "new student" especially Harry since the boy always asked random questions knowing he was sitting right beside him  this led Tom to be jealous but Harry got up and went to Tom and talked to him leaving his table behind as Gryffindor s let out a "oohh" Harry and Tom just laughed it off
Tom then tells Harry to sit beside him knowing harrys legs might get tired of standing up Harry felt a bit flustered since of this but he let it be and sat right next to Tom talking but then the transfer student goes up to Harry and told him to go back to Gryffindor table Harry got infuriated in this saying that. It was his choice if he wanted to sit in Gryffindor or not since it was his life and not his Tom smirks thinking that Harry was acting like he was a Slytherin
Tho the transfer student didn't enjoy this and threatened to tell a teacher if he didn't Harry laughed and told him that the teachers already know about this and don't even care about it  and that he does this many times and never get into trouble tho this particular student was stubborn and grabbed harrys shirt and told him that if he didn't go back to the Gryffindor table he would throw the crucio curse on him this  has led to Tom and the knights of walpurgis angered Tom gets up and takes his wand shooting the Cruatiaus curse at the student making him let go of his lover Harry sat right back down with a bruise on his neck Orion druella and walburga offered to bring him to the hospital wing tho Harry acted stubborn and said he was fine(he wasn't) walburga and druella looked at each other and roll their eyes Harry then goes back to his usual daily morning after Tom had tortured the student he sat right back down beside his lover asking if he was alright if he got hurt and should they go to a clinic Harry laughs and told Tom it was only a tiny bruise and it wouldn't affect his daily morning Tom rolls his eyes obviously not believing what Harry says as he thinks he's playing with him tho he also noticed how sirius Harry said it tho Harry did ask Tom to report this to a teacher as he might threaten other students and let them get hurt physically or emotionally
They then got up and went to talk with McGonagall telling the problem McGonagall agrees with their opinion and called the boy to her office Harry Tom held hands as they walked back to their dorm
Happily and joyfully
                   1 HOUR LATER
The boy walks up to Harry angered and says that it was his fault that he got in trouble Harry chuckles and told him that it was HIS fault why he got into trouble since he made the decision of threatening on hurting him the boy is angered because of this and told Harry that he has not a fear of using the killing curse on him Harry chuckles and says
"Really? You think that it would be smart doing that? Remember I am Tom riddles lover if he finds out he'll be furious and won't have any problem torturing him and either if he did torture or not he could lie and won't be caught since of his high reputation"
This led to the boy furious and punched Harry in the stomach Harry let out a painful scream that it was heard throughout Hogwarts
Tom hears the scream and runs to where he heard it to see his lover lying on the ground bleeding with the boys fist with blood he were furious and took his wand out and screams the Cruatiaus curse leading the student to be tortured the student screamed in agony as Tom tortured him he uses his left hand to torture him and his right to help Harry up and check if he's alright Tom then removes his wand from the student and told Harry that they were gonna go tell a teacher and go to the hospital wing Harry agreed to this and told the headmaster and McGonagall saying what he did with proof McGonagall had enough of this student and called him to her office she tells the student if he doesn't act right she could expell him from the school grounds with evidence that he hurted a student the boy is afraid of this knowing his parents would be so so! Disappointed so he had to fix his attitude tho this wasn't the end of his and harrys rivalry more was waiting for Harry he just knew it.

Since how rude the new boy had been it was like draco Malfoy over again

And Merlin that feeling was the worst  for Harry well not so much it's not like he would hurt him and call one of his friends mudbloods tho it depends once he finds out about Hermione
