'Time of death: 11pm', Liya read, 'Cause of death: electrocution'
'Not surprised', Kaili expressed with a shrug, 'Those burn marks were the definitive proof'
'It's labeled as a homicide as well', she added, 'I guess those bruises painted Ryuu a picture of what happened'
'Then let's get to work', Chen Fang said while cracking knuckles, 'I'll interview the brother, Dongmin you can tackle the service staff, Kaili can go back to the girlfriend and Liya can join....'
Her big doe eyes looked up at him which caused him to shift his head away, 'She can join me'
'I don't take orders from a runaway leader', Dongmin argued, 'I'll handle the brother. You can't tell me what to do anymore'
And with that, he whipped out his phone and dialed the number given by the parents as Kaili looked away, 'He's right though', she agreed causing Chen Fang to tremble slightly, 'I may be all smiley, but you can't expect things to be fine. Not when you just abandon us and come back with no explanation'
'She does have a point', Liya quietly expressed before watching her walk away, 'You know maybe I should join her..'
Suddenly, he reached forward and tugged her navy sleeve, 'Don't', he pleaded with a soft look on his face, 'Please'
She pursed her lips together and viewed him seriously, 'Then you better owe us some answers soon, or even I can't help you'
'Deal', he reluctantly answered, 'Let's go interview some staff'
He let out a sleepy yawn, 'Tomorrow, of course'

Dongmin snapped back to Earth after the prowling sound of an engine rumbled closer. He turned and a shining matte black motorbike braked near him. The rider himself was dressed in fitted wine red sports shirt with silver chains hanging from his black jeans. He removed his helmet to reveal a tanned broad face with wavy cinnamon hair styled in place with gel
'Nice ride', he complimented him as he grinned
'Thanks', he thanked him cheerfully, 'I'm Huang YuXuan, HaoRan's little brother'
They shook hands tightly, Dongmin's mouth curling into a rictus quickly while YuXuan sighed and viewed his childhood home, 'It feels good to be back, he exhaled with a sad smile, 'But, it's also sad to know that...you know'
'My condolences by the way', Dongmin said too monotonously, 'How close were you to your brother anyway?'
'Well he's the eldest so I..'
He paused before scanning the area, 'Can we talk inside?, I feel better that way'
'Of course', he answered before gesturing him to enter the front door
Once inside, YuXuan was captivated by the familiar sights and scents of incense and mandarin oranges, 'Nothings changed...', he murmured, 'Nothing...at all'
'When was the last time you've entered this place?', Dongmin asked as they sat down at the white clothed dining table that swallowed almost the entire room
'Well, it's been at least a year', he answered, 'Usually we have family gatherings at our parents place, not Ran's'
Dongmin nodded, 'You don't need to be so lively YuXuan or should I say, Mr Smile'
YuXuan's bronze pupils glazed over, 'So you're a fan?'
'I wouldn't say that', he replied, 'I'm just someone who watches the news every morning'
