'Welcome ladies', a bright young man with a charming smile ushered them inside, 'You've come to the place with the latest scoop and I'm not talking about the ice cream'

'Haha', Liya laughed sarcastically, fidgeting with her twisted pigtails, 'Alright Li-li what's the plan?'

Kaili strutted next to her in a jade halter neck blouse, Liya could tell she was trying to stand out, if not then she felt confident as ever. 'YuXuan promised me that I get to meet my idol, so I'll do that to keep up appearances'

'And me?'

'Keep an eye on him', she answered as they entered a giant lounge area, 'He's still one of the prime suspects, we can't let this tour distract us from following him'

'Speak of the devil'

A man with a tanned face and slicked back hair walked into the room, two girls lounging looked up and their phones, peeking to steal a glance from him as he brushed right by. He rolled up the sleeves of his dark green shirt that was layered on top of a fitted black top fashioned with a gold Gucci belt. 'You girls made it', he beamed, shaking both their hands, 'Ru-Ae should be here in about 30 minutes'

'Oh that's your id-'

Liya was met with Kaili's jabbing elbow as she maintained a straight face, 'In the meantime?'

'You guys can watch me work', he requested, 'Right this way'

'Sorry', she briefly apologized as Liya glared at her

They both walked up a flight of stairs and entered a room where there were at least 5 cameras stationed around, lights of all sizes and colors were dimmed and angled on a single spotlight where YuXuan stood, 'We're rolling in 3', a pudgy bearded man signaled right as he fixed his loose T-shirt, '3,2,1, go!'

Kaili's face morphed into shock when she heard his tone and altogether body language change completely. He sounded livelier and enthusiastic, as though he was giving an award winning speech in front of millions. 'Skies are clear with little chance of rain but tonight a storm seems to be rolling in so make sure to get home safe and drive slowly!'

'It's like I'm watching a show', Liya murmured, 'His voice, it doesn't seem to be his voice'

'I admit this is impressive', Kaili wowed, 'I didn't know this guy had a hidden talent but damn, it is a talent'

'That's all from me, I'm your weatherman YuXuan now back to you Liza', he finished with a dazzling smile

As soon as the signal was given, his face loosened briefly before returning to its strained smile at the makeup artist who touched up his hair while he fixed his sleeves. 'We roll again in an hour', the director told him strictly, 'Stay hydrated, you're a bit scratchy this time'

'Yes sir', he sighed right as he lifted his face to show both of them, 'So how did I do?'

'Not bad', Kaili answered as Liya simply applauded in response

'Thanks', he offered them, 'Ru-Ae should be right next door, Mei-Ya!'

A bushy brown hair girl popped out from the corner carrying a clipboard stacked with papers, 'Yes?', she buzzed impatiently

'Show this girls to Ru-Ae'

She gestured at them to follow her down the hallway, pacing quickly. 'Uh you both go ahead', Liya insisted, slowing her footsteps, 'I need to use the bathroom, I'll meet up with you later'

Kaili hid her laughter in amusement, 'Just say you'll snoop around', she thought to herself, 'No need to lie haha'
