AFTH Flu

Keith cleared his throat as he got ready to go perform for All for the Hall event that he normally put on with his good friend Vince Gill.
You of course didn't want him to perform considering he had been dealing with the flu for the past week. But as always Keith refused to miss it.
"We haven't done it in three years babe." Keith argues as he coughs while getting his guitar on.

You just sigh and shake your head.
Keith still didn't look or sound well at all. But of course you can never win with him although you yourself are a stubborn mule.
It's harder
to deal with him when he's stubborn. His stubbornness is almost twice as strong as yours.
You sigh and shake your head.
"Please if you really don't feel so good. Please come backstage." You beg him. He nods and kisses your head and heads out to join Vince.

You spend the entire show watching him with worry.

You try your best to have a good time but of course the worrying gets the best of you. Halfway through you bring him more water. He tries to shoo you away but you insist. He finally takes the water bottle and drinks some. Then puts the water bottle down. The fans chuckle at your interaction with him. You plant a kiss on his check. Then head backstage to wait for him.
As soon as the show is over you rush him out to your car without so much as a quick goodbye to everyone who came and quickly celebrating raising the most money ever. Then get Keith home.

Once home you help him upstairs to get ready for bed and get him medicine and water. Once he's in bed he immediately falls asleep.
After he's asleep you get ready for bed then get into bed with him and fall asleep cuddling him close.

After a few days of rest, medicine and water he feels much better.
