He can't sleep

Keith sighed as he stared up at the celling fan. He couldn't fall asleep.

He didn't feel sick or anything but he just felt like he couldn't fall asleep.

He tosses and turns for awhile until he gave up.

He got up carefully in order to not wake you.

Then he went downstairs to get a snack and a drink of water. Then he attempted to go back to bed.

Awhile later
Keith still couldn't fall asleep he glanced over at the clock.

It was 2 o'clock AM. He wanted desperately to fall asleep because he was so tired.

He felt exhausted but couldn't get to sleep. He rolls over and tries to sleep again.

20 minutes later

He groaned and gave up trying to sleep he got up and headed downstairs and to his studio to try to work to get sleepy.
Awhile later

You hear music coming from downstairs when you realize Keith isn't In bed with you.

You get up and go to find him.

You find him in his studio working on his music.
You go over and tap him on the shoulder. He turns off the music and turns to face you.

"You ok babes" you ask. He shakes his head and moans. "I can't sleep and I'm so tired" he whines.

"Insomnia again?" You ask.  He nods.

"Ok let me help" you say. He nods desperate to get some sleep.

You make him chamomile tea and give it to him. He drinks it slowly.

After that you help him up to bed you get him comfy under the blankets and gives him my weighted blanket to help him fall asleep quicker.

He yawns and immediately falls asleep. "I got the sleeping powers" you whisper to yourself satisfied that you were able to get Keith to sleep.

After a few days of insomnia he got his sleeping schedule back on track.

A/N hey sorry for not updating in awhile I've been busy preparing for my puppy and doing KU roleplays with my friend @UMSCRules anyway I hope you enjoy this update.
