  Sunny landed for the night. She was tired, hungy, thirsty, and she barly knew where she was going as she looked around she noticed a camile eating a cactus with a strange white flower on top.

  Curious she carefully took a part of the cactus and shaved off the thorns on it. She looked cautiously then smiled it she honestly didn't expect it to smell as good as it did so she carefully took a bite of it. The cactus tasted sour and bitter but it was refreshing though not that filling Sunny took a mental note of the cactus eating the rest of the piece she picked.

  "Webs said this place is around here." Sunny stated " The only place near here is the scorpion den" A voice stated behind her *she whirled around to find an older sandwing* she looked in her twenties. "Yes I know" Sunny admitted warily *the sandwing barked a sweet laugh* "You don't need to be afraid young one, I won't heart you." she said kindly with gentle eyes 'well she seems to be telling the truth' Sunny contemplated "Why?" she asked *her guard was still up* "I have no reason to, unless you have one that is, do you?" The sandwing asked curiously.

  "and before you ask you won't find any sandwing soldiers anywhere near here" she added with a kind smile *Sunny breathed a sigh of relief putting her guard down* "So that's why your coming here" she observed *Sunny nodded her head* "Well my name is thorn and yours is?" Thorn asked *she extended a talon* "Sunny" she answered *she shook thorn's soft but firm talon*.

  "Well it's been nice meeting you Sunny but I need to be going" Thorn said "my gang is probable losing there minds about now" Thorn said jokingly but serious *then took off before Sunny could say anything* 'Gang' Sunny thought.

  Sunny got up covered in snout to tail in sand *snaking it off* she thought of the interaction she had with the gang leader yesterday 'she could have been joking but she seemed serious' Sunny just decided that she had more important thangs to do so she took off to the scorpion den.

  Sunny saw some dragons at the city entrance but they didn't look like soldiers 'Probably part of a gang but they seem to have control of the city so I probably should go through them' she decided.
