The Exchange Student

     As I'm in cheer practice Esme is talking about how Adrien and I would look so good together I told her to shut up that he was just a friend I guess. I went on with cheer practice and as we finished I walked over to the girls locker room and I saw through one of the windows that the boys are still practicing. As I wait for them I decided to do homework as I'm finishing a paper I hear Valetin say that were ready to go as I look up I see Adrien with him I look at Valetin confused and that's when he goes ahead says "Adrien is coming over for dinner I already asked mom" I told him okay and got up.

     We go ahead and load his bike on the Valetin's car roof on our way to the house. We're asking Adrien questions. He seems to be getting comfortable with Valetin and I. I also texted Esme letting her know that Adrien was coming over to my house. She seemed so excited for me and said I should try to get closer to him. Valetin stopped at walmart to buy something I decided to stay in the car and so did Adrien, I turn back and look and Adrien and say "Valetin's room is a bit messy just giving you a warning" he looks at me and laughs before saying "I mean isn't every boys room dirty?" I look at him and agree. We talked some more before Valetin came back and saw us laughing together. He asked what was so funny, Adrien and I just looked at each other and told Valetin that it was nothing.

    We finally got home, Mom had dinner ready but we didn't eat until I had changed out of my uniform because I didn't want it getting dirty. I helped my mother clean the dishes after we ate Adrien and Valetin went upstairs. While cleaning the dishes my mom finally asked if that was the exchange student I was talking about that morning. I said yes and she started saying how he was handsome and that I should go for it. I finally finished helping my mom and decided to go upstairs when I walk into my room I see Valetin and Adrien laying on my bed "what are you guys doing in here" Valetin then gets up and says " my room is sort of a mess and I don't need Adrien to see that" I look and Adrien and he looks back at me and we both start laughing before I say "I told you so" Valetin looked at me all confused and that's when I told him what I told Adrien in the car.

    We decided to watch a movie in the living room because mom had left with one of her friends, but before starting the movie we realized we didn't have popcorn so Valetin said he was gonna go run and get some before leaving he said "Adrien wanna come with me it'll be quick or do you wanna wait with Evangeline" Adrien told him he'd wait with me. After Valetin left I put some music on and Asked Adrien if he knew how to dance he said no so I grabbed his hand and got him up from the couch and told him I'd be teaching him some Bachata. Esme was Mexican and had asked me to be her Dama in her XV court so I had learned how to dance and now I was going to teach Adrien. While teaching Adrien the steps he kept messing up a bit when he finally got the hang of it I put music on and we started dancing but before we knew it he stepped on my foot and almost fell. Adrien kept apologizing for stepping on me but I told him it was okay.

    After some dance lessons we sat down and started talking I asked him if he planned to ask anyone to homecoming he went quiet and then said "yeah I am asking someone soon I hope they say yes" I felt a bit jealous that he was asking someone to homecoming but I told him that was fun and he asked if I would be going I looked at him and then said "no not if no one asks me unless the girls force me to go." Spending time alone with Adrien and getting to know him felt amazing. Adrien and I started taking pictures together and before I knew it my phone was filled with pictures. As I was posting the picture Valetin gets home with a bunch of snacks.
