Barry made a group meeting with Joe Cecile  Ralph and even Iris with the help of Cisco as he wanted Caitlin to stay with Sara when he tells the group about the Crisis. "So what is this about" asked Iris with a harsh tone "If you let me say then you find out" snapped Barry but then relaxed with a sigh. Barry looked at the team "ok there is a crisis coming and you need to be prepared for it" Barry said looking at them and Cecile could feel something off "You are hiding something"  Cecile says. "It coming on December the 10 this year me Cisco and Frost saw the Monitor in the Time Vault when I asked you to stay with Sara in Jittles and well I went to Earth 3 because I tried to get into the future but couldn't antimatter stopped me and I got hurt anyway with the help of Jay Garrick and his wife my mom Doppelganger Joan Williams me and Caitlin knew monitor was right which is I have to die in crisis I have seen many timelines the only timeline everyone saves is the one I die in" Barry tells them. 

Everyone but Cisco who already knew was in shock and in pain "Barry" said a crying Joe "It gonna be ok" Barry told his adoptive father he went over and hugged him. Then Barry's phone went off to see a message from Caitlin saying Sara looking for him "I have to go we talk soon I promise" Barry told them and sped off.  Not that long Barry entered his loft to see a sad look on Caitlin and a crying Sara. "Thank you cait" Barry said as she left he kissed her head and hugged her "You are a good Sister" he smiled making her smile too "Of course" she said. Once Caitlin left Barry went and placed hands on Sara's cheeks and kissed her "It will be ok I promise just relax okay for our boy" Barry told her. Sara kissed him "I love you Barry I don't know how I can do this alone" said Sara "You will I know you will be fine and you won't be alone we have family and friends your team my team Oliver Kara our boy will have plenty of aunts uncles do not worry" said Barry. "But he won't have his dad" she said he sighed and placed his forehead on hers.

Months later 

Barry was sleeping when he heard a scream and woke up and looked at Sara hunching over the bed "The baby is coming" she said he went into speed mode and grabbed her ready bag and called Caitlin to go Star Labs he lifted Sara and speed to Star Labs. Barry gently put Sara on the med bay "Breath Sara" he said and she did "That's it honey you got this" Barry said holding her hand which she crushed it. Not long after Caitlin came in "Ready Barry and Sara to meet your son" Caitlin smiled and they nodded "Please it's very painful" Sara said in tears. Barry tells her sweet things to make her forget the pain although it isn't working but then Caitlin gets to business.

Barry texted Team Legends and Team Arrow and even Joe and Cisco. Barry was watching from outside as Caitlin wanted him out so she could do it then not long after a cry came. Barry smiled and shed tears thinking about the future he won't have with his son. "Barry would you like to come in now" Caitlin said and he nodded.  Barry went in and walked over to Sara and kissed her temple "You did good Lance" Barry told her and she smiled "Thanks Allen" Sara says back smiling. Barry watched Sara holding their son in her arms who sleeping "want to hold him" Sara asked Barry and he nodded. Barry got to hold his son "Henry Quinten Joesph Allen you are gonna be loved by loads of people you will be protected by so many too" Barry said and talked more Sara fell asleep. Barry looked at Caitlin "Thank you for everything" Barry said and she smiled "Of course" and left to leave the new family. 

Barry talked more "Just know I will always love you slugger" Barry said dropping more tears. Barry eventually fell asleep and Caitlin saw so she put the newborn in an incubator near Sara. Not long after Team Arrow and Team Legends came along with Joe Cecile and Cisco and saw the family sleeping. "Barry looks so tired" said Felicity and team Flash looked at one another not knowing what to say "What with the look" asked Zari "No look anyway should we see the new member of Heroes family" said Cisco walking over to med bay which one step woke Sara up "oh hi Ramon you woke me up" Sara glared which scared Cisco but laugh then faced see Barry sleeping on a chair she knew crisis is making him sleep less "Hey Sara" said Thea coming in with a teddy and card "oh hi guys" Sara said back.

The heroes talked while Barry slept not long after Henry cried which woke up Barry "Finally waking" said Oliver smiling "Yeah" he said not smiling back "You ok Barry" asked Zari "Yeah just thinking about nothing" he coughed and looked at Sara and kissed her "you ok" he asked and Sara nodded and Barry went over "hey buddy it ok your dad here so are your uncles and aunts and Grandpa Joe and Grandma Cecile and of course your beautiful mom" Barry smiled at Sara who smiled who let Barry sit beside her. "In the morning I will go get Kara and she can see the newbie" Barry said smiling. The heroes talked about anything but not what Team Flash or Sara knows about Crisis. Later on Barry Sara and Henry fell asleep Barry had one hand around Sara and the other around Henry as the heroes either slept in Star Labs or went to a hotel.
