Months since Henry Quinten Joseph was born and both Barry and Sara enjoyed being parents to him. Barry lay on his bed that he shared with his girlfriend who was sleeping on her side but he knew what date it was. He got up and put the blanket over her and he got into normal clothes and went to his son's room. Barry watches him sleep and starts talking to him about things when he grows up. Sara wakes up listening to Barry through the monitor and she gets up and goes to the room and goes near him and stands beside him. Barry looked at her and put an arm around her "I love you Sara never forget" he whispered in her hair. Sara kissed her son's forehead before taking Barry's hand and taking him back to bed and put her head on his chest and kissed it "I love you Barry Allen I will always love you I wish we had more time" Sara cried Barry raised her chin so she looked at him he kissed her softly but with so much love in it. Sara kisses back and places her hands on his cheek feeling more of him before it all goes away. 

Barry and Sara were in Star Labs with their son with the team sitting on the sofa in the lounge looking at Caitlin, Cisco, Joe and Cecile as it was nearly time for the crisis to begin. It was silent for a while "I really don't want my last moment in silence" said Barry and Sara handing their son to him. "H.R. Wells told me once Barry Allen's superpower isn't speed it's hope. It's hope, and that kid has an endless reservoir of it. I didn't know how right he was until I really got to know you, Barry. Whatever is about to happen, this world's a better place for having you in it" Cecile said and some smiled. "You know, when you first came into my life, I had lost faith in just about everything You saved my life, Barry." Caitlin says with some tears making Barry dry his eyes. 

Cisco smiled thinking "God, I remember the old days no doppelgangers, no Flashpoint, no time travel. It was just us against the bad guys I miss that" said Cisco. "Yeah I do too Cisco" Barry admits then looks at his son "Before it begins I have left letters in the time vault for Oliver Kara and you guys for Frost too even Wally and left video messages for Henry" Barry said kissing his son's forehead as he sleeps in his arms. "Son" said Joe "It ok Joe I made peace with it dying is the easy part the real heroes ones can keep going" Barry said. Then the Red sky came and everyone got up and turned to see it begin. Sara kissed Barry's lips "I love you" Sara says. Barry hands Sara their son before speeding into his suit. 

Small Skip

The Heroes are on Earth 38 discussing plans with Oliver and his future daughter Mia. Just then A bright light when Oliver, Batwoman and Kara saw Barry, Sara along with Ray there. "Hey everyone" Barry said and Kara went and hugged Barry "How is Henry" asked Kara "he is fine he staying with Joe and Cecile" Barry told her. Sara hugs Kara and Oliver but Oliver can tell something off about Sara "You ok" asked Oliver. Sara pulled away and looked and faked a smile "Yep let's just deal with this crossover again" Sara told them. Barry looked at the young girl standing beside Oliver "Who is this Oliver" asked Barry smiling "this is mine and Felicity's Daughter from the future name Mia" Oliver said. Barry smiled "Nice hello Mia so future how is that going" asked Barry "Fine Barry I know yours's and Sara son Henry we too team up at odd times too" Mia told them. Barry and Sara smiled "Is he a speedster" asked Barry "Yes but he also knows how to fight as Sara trained both me and him" Mia told him. 

Everyone sat down to discuss a plan. Sara held Barry's hand under the table Oliver could still tell something off with Sara. Once the plan was ready Barry kissed Sara "I will be with you in a minute I need a word with the Monitor" said Barry and Oliver looked "Why" asked Oliver "It ok Ollie" Barry smiled at him. Then Monitor took Barry away from them and Oliver looked at Sara "What going on Sara" asked Oliver and Sara looked at him "I can't say I promise Barry" Sara tells him and walked away. Barry talked to the Monitor.

Supergirl and Superman were fighting Ghouls in the air to defend the quantum tower as Green Arrow and Green Arrow 2.0 along with Atom, Batwoman and White Canary were fighting the ghouls on the ground. Flash was speeding before shooting a beam of lightning destroying some ghouls at once. Oliver was aiming at one when another ghoul out of nowhere hit Oliver from the back making him go to the ground "DAD" shouted Mia and Oliver saw and saw Mia shoot the ghoul before Barry speed and helped Oliver up. "Thanks Barry" Oliver said and Barry smiled "Welcome brother" Barry smirked and made Oliver smile. Barry then thought he decided to say something "thank you for everything make sure you be a good father to Mia and husband to Felicity you did your job protecting your city time to enjoy life" Barry said before speeding off making Oliver confused.

Barry went and caught Sara from falling and she smiled "thank you Barry" she said and he slowed down time only to kiss Sara "I love you so much I wish I could marry you wish things were different but then again we might not have been if we knew now" he told her and dried a tear that was coming down her cheeks "I love you Barry I will be ok. I have people our friends and family and I will tell our son how much you love us make sure he knows about you and how much hero you are to me" Sara tells him and he smiles and kissed her. Once Barry resumed time Barry saw Kara falling he ran up the tower and caught her "thank you Barry" she smiled "You are welcome Kara you my superfriend and like sister to me don't lose hope and find love" Barry tells her before running catching Superman. Barry talked to Superman about looking after Kara and the hero stuff.

Then the Monitor came and started taking away heroes starting with Ray then Kara, Clark, Mia, Kate, Sara and Barry nodded at her then Oliver who shouted Barry's name and dropped his bow before he vanished. "It's time Barry" asked Monitor "has the planet been evacuated" asked Barry. "Not entirely" said Monitor "not time then" said Barry before grabbing Oliver's bow and start destroying more ghouls and shooting lighting arrows he created. But more ghouls got stronger and attacked Barry knocking him down but Barry still tried. 

Star City Arrow Cave

As the heroes looked for Barry but Ray and Sara knew "Where is he" asked Oliver then a light came and saw Barry on the bed with cuts on his face and some material was cut and blood showing. "Barry" said Oliver going over "he fought until his last breath knowing every moment was another life saved" said Monitor. "Saved" asked Kara "Your universe is no more. Of 7.53 billion... three billion souls made it to Earth-1 on the armada of ships. I calculate one billion souls survived due to his noble sacrifice" The monitor stated. Sara went and grabbed his hand. 

Then Nash Wells showed up "Nash" said Sara knowing him. "Once upon a time not anymore now I'm simply a man serving his penance" Nash said "Penance for what" asked Clark "I freed the Anti-Monitor from his confinement only... to become a... Pariah. Sentenced to bear witness to his actions" Pariah tells them. "Barry it ok we gonna get you to Caitlin and you get better" said Oliver. "It ok Oliver this is my destiny You, my brother... are the very best of us. I gave it all up... for you and Kara" said Barry shocking them. "what do you mean" asked Kara coming over and placing a hand on him. "secret superfriend" he gave her a small smile before looking at Sara "Sara" he says. "I am here" she said grabbing his hand and rubbing his cheek "Tell our son how much I love him and thank you for giving me a chance keep me in your heart ok" he whispered and she had tears "ok" he said and eyes closed dropping his hand from Sara.

People who knew Barry long cried as Sara cried in his chest. Just then Diggle, Rene and Dinah came in. "This was not supposed to be like this. This is not his ending I foresaw. Things are turning out differently than I expected. But one thing is certain. Everything we know... everything there is... and everything there ever was... is doomed" Monitor told them. "Oliver" said Diggle and hugged his friend who was glad Oliver did not die as he knew he was supposed to. 

"Should we tell his team" asked Ray "I will go they knew he was gonna do this he planned it" Sara said. Sara kissed Barry cheek and left along with Ray.
