Dreamfast With Me

Chapter 3

After a moment of being in Deet's arms, the two Gelfling slowly parted, feeling her soft breathes against his face, Rian felt Deet's hand cup his cheek slowly running a thumb to wipe his tear away. Still unsure why they both ended the dreamfast as Deet has yet to show him her memories through the dreamspace. "D, Deet." He whispered but loud enough for her to hear, giving a soft hum in response, Deet tilted her head keeping her eyes locked with his. "I'm so sorry." Rian shuddered, feeling himself choking up, his ears dropped feeling more sad. "Rian... Look at me." Deet spoke, slowly lifting his face up to meet his eyes, puffy and red.
"You have nothing to apologize for, Rian... I'm sorry you had to go through that." Deet smiled softly, hoping to gain a smile from him. Cupping both of his cheeks looking deep into his eyes, Rian blushed and his heart raced, unable to speak. "You truly are Thra's treasure." Deet said from the bottom of her heart, Rian felt a lump in his throat, feeling himself choking up again, Rian leaned forward to hug her. Tears ran down his cheeks again, hiding his face in her neck. Deet felt herself blushing from his closeness, her hands came up to gasp his covered shoulders seeing Rian was still covered by his thick cloak. Sighing softly, Deet leaned in to hug Rian again.

After awhile, the two slowly broke the hug, looking at one another, Rian blinked a blush rose on his face as he watched Deet reaching out, gently tucking his hair behind his ear. Rian showed a soft smile. "Thank you." Rian whispered, Deet's smile slowly fell. "I'm sorry about, Mira... You both looked so happy." The boy stared at her for a moment before his gaze fell, looking at his bare feet. "I miss Mira terribly... I loved her." Rian tried to keep it together, his heart ached from just thinking about his first love. Rian sniffled, keeping his tears in as he looked at the Grottan girl. "It hurts, Deet. Mira and I had something." Rian tried getting his words out, Deet couldn't help but feel like she couldn't compare to Mira. Sensing this, Rian reached his hand from under his cloak. "Hey." He said pulling Deet from her thoughts. "I meant what I said that day, Deet." Rian stared into her large dark eyes. "I, I love you, Deethra." Rian blushed, his hand slowly brushed her fluffy hair, keeping their eyes connected. "My heart belongs to you, Deet... I meant it." Rian poured his heart into his words to the girl next to him, Deet's heart raced. "Rian... I." Deet shuddered, unable to say anything, Rian couldn't help but smile, his thumb stroking her cheek.

Rian's P.O.V
I couldn't believe what was about to happen. The tension between us was so strong, getting lost in the moment we found ourselves slowly leaning into each other. I was unable to hold back my emotions, unable to think. My head was swirling around, I suddenly thought of Mira. "Would Mira want me to find love again?" I asked myself, drawing ever so closer to Deet's lips, lingering as her breathes tickled my face. Stopping myself for a moment, our faces was inches apart. "Will I be betraying Mira?" I asked myself. I can't ignore my desires and leaning on what ifs. I can't continue living my days in sheer misery, guilt and pain. I wanted... I deserve to be happy. More than any other Gelfling across Thra. I want my heart to feel something again. To feel love and warmth. Mira would have wanted me to be happy. I knew Deet was my calling, my light. I can't let this slip away due to my past. I wanted Deet in my life no matter what Thra has to throw at me.

End of P.O.V
The two Gelfling fell deeper into each other's eyes, the beam of the moon shining through the window, shimmering the highlights in their hair.
Rian blushed as their lips lingered but neither had the courage. Rian bit his lip in agony. "D, Deet." Rian spoke softly, his eyes fell shut... "I want." His breathy whisper sent chills down the Grottan girl's spine Deet saw Rian was nervous, just as much as she was. Deet has never kissed anyone before, nor has she been taught about this kind of thing. Their love had blossomed on it's own like Thra's most beautiful flowers. Deet found herself losing the courage to draw any closer to the Stonewood. Rian's eyes opened hearing Deet make a soft sigh and Rian knew she was feeling nervous and uneasy, her courage to kiss him was fading.
Deet felt a sudden tingle as Rian placed a hand in top of hers gently stroking her skin she felt herself relaxing under his delicate touch as her eyes caught his loving gaze. Rian bit his lip as they drew closer again. "I love you, Deet." Rian whispered, just inches from her face. Deet's heart fluttered like the bats inside the Caves of Grot. "I, I love you too, Rian." Rian's heart burned, hearing the words slipped passed her lips. "SHE LOVES ME!" Rian giggled with pride in his head. "Deet... May I?" Rian asked, still lingering close to her face, Deet felt her heart stop, she blushed deeper staring into his eyes.
Rian asked, Deet nodded to him, giving the Stonewood permission, making sure to not force himself on the Grottan girl.
Rian's eyes drew to her lips then back to meet her eyes once more. The two Gelflings blushed, leaning into each other.
Taking in each other's sense, Rian bit his lip, staring at her lips he was so dying to kiss. "Ri...an." Deet whispered his name, full of nerves. Rian felt butterflies in his stomach, he longed to hear his name being said like that, to feel like this once again. Slowly closing the gap between them, Rian made the first move.
Deet tensed up as Rian's lips ever so gently touched hers. Blushing hard, Deet let out a tiny but high pitch moan, feeling Rian pressing his lips against hers, adding a bit more pressure. Rian heard Deet's soft moan, it ran down his core, the Stonewood couldn't keep his emotions in.

"Oh My Thra! My first kiss!." Deet said to herself, over the moon Rian was her first kiss. Deet soon felt Rian tilting his head, deepening the kiss snd pressing harder.
Rian took the next step hoping this won't force her to pull away. Deet's eyes snapped open as Rian's tongue brushed across her lips, Deet's breathes quickened, her body shivered and her fingers twitched only to feel Rian clasping her hand, giving a gentle squeeze. Reassuring her that he was still here.
Rian blushed hard, feeling Deet slowly opening her mouth for him to explore, Deet let out a moan as Rian's tongue entered her mouth. Rian groaned as he kissed with more passion, his pull was something she couldn't explain. Rian explored her mouth with his tongue, coming into contact with hers lapping up her sweet moans.

Breaking the kiss to catch their breathes, breathing in and out as their foreheads pressed together, Rian's eyes were full of lust. "D, Deethra." Rian panted her name, catching his breathe in a moment of bliss. Their faces flushed, wondering what just happened? Deet suddenly felt embarrassed, quickly putting her face into her hands. Rian softly smiled, letting his hand lift her face back up to meet her eyes. "Don't hide, Deet." Rian spoke softly, Deet felt her heart flutter. "I, I've never kissed anyone before, Rian." Deet finally found the courage to speak, but Rian found himself blushing hard. The Stonewood felt honoured to have stolen her first kiss. Sensing her nerves were still uneasy, Rian however felt nothing wrong with what's just happened. And definitely she has nothing to hide. The whole thing was perfect to the Stonewood. His heart found itself flutter once again, a light in his stomach burned with love. "Your, a pretty good kisser, Deet." Rian confessed, hoping this would ease her but he received a glance from the Grottan girl. Deet's face turned red and her ears twitched. Deet showed a shy smile. "Really?" She replied, Rian softly laughed. "I wouldn't lie to you, Deet." Stroking her cheek with his thumb, Deet sighed under his touch, rubbing her cheek more into his hand causing the Stonewood to blush deeper. Rian bit his lip, and took in her lips again but Deet stopped him with a small giggle. Slowly pushing against him.

"I'm sorry, Rian I, I haven't shared my memories." Deet said, catching the boy off guard. "Heh right, of course." Rian chuckled as he bowed his head to her. However upon thinking about sharing her memories with Rian, Deet felt a pit inside her stomach. "Hey." Rian spoke, pulling Deet from her thoughts, their eyes connected. "You okay?" He asked. "I'm fine, I was just thinking." Deet answered, letting him know she was here. He tilted his head with a hum. Deet slowly raised her hand again, looking up as their eyes met, Rian wondered what he life was like before they had met. Rian wanted to know everything about the girl who has captured his heart. "Deet I." Rian began but stopped, his hand coming up to linger against hers... "Are you sure you want to do this?" He asked, Deet smiled although she was feeling a little worried on what he is about to see. "I want..." Deet whispered but paused. Her gaze fell from his. Rian's hand lowered to touch her hand. "I'm here, Deet." Rian whispered back, catching her eyes. They looked at each other for a moment. "Tell me." Rian said.... Deet tilted her head, her ears twitched finding her words. Rian's eyes were like magnets, pulling her without even trying. Deet bit her lip making Rian smile, his hand clasped around hers. Unfortunately his gaze and his soft touches caused Deet to forget what she was going to say. Shutting her eyes, Deet sighed. 

"I, just wanted to say... I love you, Rian." Deet finally spoke however he knew it wasn't what had in her head. But nonetheless he softly smiled. Leaning forward, Rian pressed a gentle kiss against Deet's lips, their eyes slowly fell shut. Taking in each other's warmth, the two Gelfling parted, Deet pressed her forehead against Rian's. "I love you too." He whispered, Deet smiled, a soft hum escaped from her throat in response. Pulling away, Deet felt herself relaxing and ready to share her memories with Rian. Breathing in as their hands came into contact again, Deet's fingers tingled as did Rian's feeling their visions being pulled. A swirl of memories in the mist of colorful smoke and sparkles as their minds became one once again. Deet's memories started to open, sharing her life, her past with Rian to finally see.
