42. Did Rafaella and Niall talked for the last time and did Niall died..?

I woke up and i saw Maura and Gemma that they were with me.

Maura: Finally you woke up my daughter. I was worried so much about you.

Rafaella: How is my angel Niall? Is he okay?

Gemma: Niall just had a heart attack. I hope he will feel better soon.

Rafaella; NOOOO.. DID HE DIED AND YOU ARE NOT TELLING ME. THERE IS NO LIFE WITHOUT HIM..HE IS MY EVERYTHING,i screamed and started crying..

Maura: Please Rafaella don't cry. Niall wants you to be strong. Okay my love.

Rafaella: I need to go and see him right now. I want to be with him and take care of him..

Gemma: You must stay here . Niall doesn't want you to see him like this.

Rafaella: Why are you are here with me Mrs. Maura and not with your son.?

Maura: Niall has called me and say to me to be with you and take care of you..

Gemma: I will call Louis and see if you can go..

Maura was hugging me and we were crying together.

Maura: I couldn't handle it also if i lost my baby Niall. I just lost my one daughter. I will die also..

Meanwhile Harry has went to take the twins and he called Gemma.

Harry: I just took the twins from the hospital. How is my sister?

Gemma: You have two sisters now Styles. Dont forget this. Rafaella wants to see Niall. Ask Louis if she can come.

Meanwhile Louis was with Niall. Niall wasn't good at all. He couldn't stop crying..

Niall: PLEASE LOUIS. PROMISE ME SOMETHING. WHEN I DIE MARRY MARRY RAFAELLA AND MAKE HER HAPPY. I DON'T WANT HER SAD.

Louis: Niall please you are not gonna die. You are gonna live for many years with your beautiful princess Rafaella and you will make a lot of kids.

Harry: I just took our.. the twins from the hospital. They are so beautiful. Now i have 3 babies to take care off.

Niall: Louis please. I don't want my princess to see me like this,he was yelling..

After awhile i went to the hospital to see Niall. He look so sick and weak and this has hurting me..

Rafaella: Hello my beautiful baby angel Niall..

Louis: I will leave you, you two to talk. Change his mind please..

I went and lay beside and cuddle him and i was playing with his hair..

Niall: Why are you here? I don't want you to see me like this..

Rafaella: I will stay right here until you become good and go back to our home. Me and our baby girl needs you.. If you die i die also.

Niall: DON'T SAY THAT AGAIN.. IF I DIE YOU WILL MARRY LOUIS. PLEASE PROMISE ME THAT..

Rafaella: YOU ARE NOT GOING TO TELL ME WHAT DO. I WILL NOT MARRY HIM. END OF STORY..

Niall: Please think of our baby princess. She doesn't deserves to die before she lives.

Rafaella: I will not be happy if you die. I will not care for her at all. She will remind of you. My heart will be so broken.,i started crying..

Niall: I feel so tired. I need to sleep. Dont forget that i will always love you with all my heart my beautiful princess.

Rafaella: I will stay with you. I will not leave your side. I love you with all my heart. There is no me without you. Only you can make me happy and no one else can.. You are my angel sent from heaven that makes me happy and strong.. I LOVE YOU...

We were kissing until Niall felt tired and fell asleep. I don't know why but i had a very bad feeling. I was looking at him and you was looking so weak. It look like a baby that you wanted to take care of him. I fell asleep next to him. No one has came to tell me to go away and i was happy about that..

I woke up the next morning and i saw Niall. He was so pale and so white. I touched his hand and he was so cold and i couldn't feel his heartbeat..

Rafaella: OMG NOOOOOOO. MY ANGEL NIALL IS DEAD.... i couldn't stop screaming and crying..

I fell over him and i was moving him to make him wake up.

Rafaella: PLEASE MY ANGEL. WAKE UP. THERE IS NO LIFE WITHOUT YOU.. PLEASE.

Louis saw me and call the doctors.. The doctors did whatever they could but Niall didn't wake up.

We are so sorry, the doctors were saying to me but i couldn't listen to them. I was alive but i felt dead. I died also with my angel Niall..

Rafaella: I will see you soon my baby angel Niall, i said and lay next to him and i couldn't stop crying...

PS. Did Niall died and will Rafaella do anything bad to herself? We will see what happens.
